What a fabulous company. From buying a picture from Lyon and Turnbull, to receiving it wrapped so professionally took 2 working days. They advised me that it would be in a cardboard box, but to my great surprise all the corners had extra strengthening. It arrived in perfect condition.

Visited a couple of weeks ago for printing and asked in advance due to time constraints. Despite offering to prepay, staff refused to print until I arrived. The £2 per page charge felt excessive. The service was unwelcoming and unhelpful, and a request for a stapler was refused rudely. Overall, very poor customer service.

Fast, safe and reliable
I used MBE to ship some goods purchased at Sheffield Auction House to the Canary Islands. It took less than a week to arrive, which is a personal best so far and the contents, which were mainly fragile arrived unscathed thanks to the excellent packing. An excellent and helpful company.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced
This company lost my parcel 5 months ago and I still haven’t been provided for compensation or any sort of transparency. I’ve been treated with the most incompetence and lack of respect instead. To this day still waiting for them to resolve this, never trust this people with your money and possessions.
