Inflation busting service charge increases without transparency and service improvement. Please avoid.

I would not recommend
I own a flat in a block serviced by MT. The service charge went up significantly without improvements in service. There is absolutely no transparency and their service providers are not benchmarked, so we end up paying a lot. They seem to be not cooperative and are not willing to address the leaseholders' frustration.

Maunder Taylor- avoid using!!
Maunder Taylor manage service for our block of flats. Service charges have gone up by at least 20%, when the inflation rate is not more than 2% p.a. Costs keep increasing.
The lack of transparency and accountability has led to considerable amount of frustration. Avoid using them.

Maunder Taylor AVOID
Maunder Taylor have been our property management service provider for a number of years and without fail our prices have risen despite no concrete evidence as to what it is spent on. Moreover their work and communication has been subpar for a number of years and I would not recommend to anyone.

Maunder Taylor - Exorbitant increase in Service Charges
I’ve lived at the Apartment block they manage for 3 years now. Service charges have gone up 20% already, when the inflation rate is really nothing more than 2.5% p.a.
I’m usually not the one to write reviews, but the lack of transparency and accountability has led to considerable amount of frustration and a feeling of helplessness.
I strongly recommend NOT using their services.

Maunder Taylor
Maunder Taylor are my management company. When they first took over the apartments they were an improvement on the previous company. But how that has deteriorated over the past few years. There is no transparency with accounts. The service charges have increased by huge % over the past 5 years with no explanation. Third party vendors and their quotes are not shared with Leaseholders. If you are looking for a management company do not entertain this company
