Martin Tolhurst Solicitors Omdömen

I have used Martin Tolhurst for the sale of my home. They were a delight to work with and very responsive to any queries that I had. They also ensured that everything went through as smoothly as possible and did not delay or prevaricate in their execution of the job. I would highly recommend. A special thanks to Gemma Nie(my solicitor) and Anita(main point of contact). Thank you both.

I cannot recommend Georgina Vanden Brughe and the team at Martin Tolhurst highly enough. We were on a very tight timeline to get our wills completed, and despite being busy, it felt like she dropped everything to make sure our deadlines were met.
Although our wills themselves were fairly straightforward, the Inheritance Tax (IHT) implications were much more complex. Over the course of two meetings and numerous emails, she took the time to meticulously collate all the necessary data and present her findings in a clear, accessible way. She broke down complex legal and tax terms effortlessly.
I have never dealt with a solicitor who was so down-to-earth, open, honest, and approachable. Her assistant was also incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring the entire process ran seamlessly. An outstanding, stress-free experience from start to finish.

We used Martin Tolhurst solicitors to sell my mother in laws house as she has gone in to care. Fantastic service and cannot thank Phoebe Phillips enough for all her hard work and kindness. Would use this company again in the future.

Fantastic service very pleased which was a refreshing change after the experiences we have had with solicitors before. Would definitely use Gemma and the Team again thank you so much stress free and professional service

I really can not thanks Heidi and Lorna enough, they really made my first time buying processing impeccable, from start to finish nothing was an issue, if I was unsure Heidi was always so happy to jump on a call to help explain anything to me.
Thank you so much Heidi and Lorna for everything, I look forward to working with you in the future.
Highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience with Cally and Richard. They were both incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout the whole process.

There were quite a few documents and deadlines to deal with, but Cally kept everything clear and well organised. Richard was always helpful and quick to respond whenever I needed assistance or had a question.

I really appreciated how approachable and efficient they both were. They made what could have been a very stressful process much easier, and everything was completed within the required timeframe.

Thank you, Cally and Richard, for all your hard work and support. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional conveyancing team.

Regards,
Marta

A big thank you to Cathy Price and Rebecca Aris for all their help with our property purchase. It wasn’t always an easy journey, but their quick responses, clear guidance and proactive approach meant we always felt prepared and a step ahead throughout the process. We really appreciated their support from start to completion. I would happily use Martin Tolhurst again and would have no hesitation recommending Cathy and Rebecca.

I want to say a massive thank you to all the staff.. Phoebe, Jodie, Tom, Ameer and Gemma. You have all been so helpful. You helped and understood me even when I was so confused and tired from Work.

When I felt like everything was falling apart, you were my pillar of strength. Nothing was too much trouble and no question was a silly question. You translated things I didn't understand into plain English.

You have made the process of buying a home a much easier process and for that the boys and I are forever grateful. We can not thank you enough.

My house purchase sale was straight forward from my perspective, my solicitor at Martin Tolhurst picking up and responding to queries on my behalf. One of the smoothest sales I have been involved in!

We used Martin Tolhurst for both property sale and execution of a will at the same time. Both Gemma Nie (conveyance) and Sarah Begley (wills) and their teams were very helpful, friendly and professional. We felt that we were in safe hands the whole way through with clear communication and understanding. Would most definitely recommend their services.
