Shopped from here a few times as they have a good stock of the soft cotton I use for needlepoint. Great prices and a good selection of products, I've always found everything I need for cross stitch and needlepoint here.

In my most recent order, they sent me the wrong thread type for a particular colour. After I emailed to let them know, they sent me the correct thread with expedited shipping. Great quick response.

Bought a cross stitch pattern recently and needed to find all the colours for it, found exactly ALL the colours I needed on the website (all 24!).

First time I bought about 21 colours as I couldn’t find the rest (my fault for not looking properly) and when I went to try find the other 3 somewhere else I saw they actually sold them on Marie’s Cross Stitch and bought them in a second purchase. I wrote in the order comments my first order reference number and asked if they’d be able to ship them in one package instead of two separate ones, and if not then that was fine too as it was my mistake. I ordered late at night and I woke up to an email from Marie saying they’d send them together and bless her, that she’d refund me the shipping cost for the second order! Then not long after I got an email saying they where shipped out! Got them the next day.

Such quick delivery and the customer service was amazing! Will be getting all my cross stitch threads and items for future projects from here! Thank you so much :)

Marie’s cross stitch have always been my go to for cross stitch kits and consumables (needles etc), I even asked for vouchers for this store for Xmas from family members, which were gratefully received. However, the last 2 orders (including the one I am still waiting for) have been delayed due to having to be ordered from the supplier. The website shows in stock where it’s actually not. The very first time I ordered from here the service was brilliant, the product came in a couple of days, now it’s a constant waiting game from order with no contact to say that anything is delayed and I am having to chase the orders. I fully understand that this is a family run business but it needs to be a bit more transparent when it comes to updating their customers.
