My first 3 emails (11/17, 11/28, 12/2) to Mapleleaf were completely unanswered. I had to call to get any service.
Just disappointed this year when it came to ordering.

Professional product. Regular contact and on time.

My experience was Great! I ordered calendars and they were quick to get me my proofs. The order was taken care of in a very professional manner.

Ordered back in August specified I needed it by September 30 received it November 20 company doesn’t care 3 years of this still have to deal with them because they are the only company offering this product

This order became a time is of the essence concern when we found that the end user was being transferred out of country and really needed these lip balms for the work he and his team do. I explained this to MapleLeaf and they bent over backwards to fill the order and get it shipped in record time. We are repeat customers but the way they treated us, you would think we were royalty! GIANT Thank You MapleLeaf! Well done.

Very reasonable price for the desk calendars I ordered, even though I only bought small quantity. The customer service did an excellent job in following up with the design and finalizing the order. Their service is highly recommended.

Had beenies made with our logo embroiderd and turned out awesome! Everyone loved them!! Sent proofs ahead of time to make sure everything was how I wanted. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend 👌

We have purchased many items over the past several years. This is the first time that I have dealt with an individual who produced an inaccurate depiction of the product reorder requested, and then refused after see past proofs to provide us with a correct proof. This resulted in multiple miscommunications and extensive time delaying the production and receiving the final item. Although our payment was accepted immediately. The only reason I gave a three star is that the product was what we requested. Please assign us a new rep if possible for future purchases.

I appreciated the quick and timely response to my inquiry.

I had to ask three times (among different departments) for our mailing address to be updated. It would be helpful to get a tracking number for our shipment so we can monitor its progress.

Great customer service and quick turnaround on my order .

This was my first time working with Maple Leaf, and I was not disappointed! They were extremely good communicators, and even sent me pictures of production when my complex logo was coming out a tiny bit blurry in the center to see what I wanted to do. They were very fast at answering questions, letting me know how the process was going, and even delivered the 100 lunch boxes I ordered a week ahead of schedule! The product quality was great especially for the low price and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Great product imprinted well. Arrive too late for my function.

Delivery dates are a little unpredictable. They are getting better at keeping in touch with the customer.

At times, my email interactions would take upwards of four days to receive a response from Maple Leaf. Almost every question I'd send would require one, sometimes two follow-ups from me before I'd receive a reply. This created a situation where a simple order that should have taken 1-2 days to get into production, took 1-2 weeks. This messed up our timelines to the point that by the time we received the product, it was too late.

Once the order was in production, I received no updates on where it was in the process. When I followed up, I was told that there was an issue with the vendor which further delayed the delivery. It was frustrating to only hear this information as a reactive excuse for the delay and could have been better served as a proactive response when the delay was first known–not that it would have changed the situation, but it would have allowed us a chance to come up with an alternative solution. I was also told I'd receive a tracking number once the order was shipped, but I was never provided with this number.

The product was provided as advertised, but the overall process to receive the product was a frustrating experience fraught with delays and unnecessary check-ins by the client.

I am a previous customer with Maple Leaf Promotions, I have purchased thousands of 4x7 scratch pads for my business. Unfortunately, I have called three times in the last two weeks to reorder with no success - the first time the customer service rep took my info, found my previous order info and said someone would send me a quote. I never heard back from anyone. I have since called in two more times and still no response. The last call today I was told to email all of my info including my previous order information and artwork. What terrible customer service, I have wasted two weeks and still no order. It looks like I will have to start all over with another company. Shame on you Maple Leaf Promotions!

I placed a re order from a previous year. It seemed it should have been a little easer then it was, however the product came timely and was just as previous. 2,500 lip balms.
