The best man in man and van service I used they helped me from to move from Kingston to Mayfair today. Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend all friends and family.

Very easy to book at short notice, simple booking process, with someone to speak to at the end of the phone.
Men turned up slightly early, extremely friendly and helpful, willing to do what it took to move house. Easy to add an additional hour to the job there and then.
Definitely recommend and I'd certainly use next time

Booked man with a van for a move from London to Glasgow. Such an easy booking process and excellent communication throughout. The guys showed up on time and worked super efficiently and packed up my belongings in no time. They arrived in Glasgow on time and again, we're super efficient. Really friendly and professional. In addition, their rate is highly competitive. I would highly recommend a man with a van for any removal services.

Brilliant, I booked a man with a van with Dan and it was a great experience. He was very helpful, friendly and on time. Everything was moved carefully and the whole job was quick and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Dan if you need a reliable man with a van.

Couldn't ask for more. Very friendly and helpful crew. I misjudged how long the drive would be thanks to traffic and road closures and they didn't charge for going over the booking length. They missed something small when unloading and have posted it to me.
I also needed a second last min trip as I have way too much stuff which they sorted at 9pm on a Saturday for the same price as the earlier booking.
Very happy with these guys!

My girlfriend rang up and discussed the location of the old house and where the new flat will be, the number of flights of stairs, and the amount of items to move.

The price provided by the caller was the same as on the website (£120) and she was assured there would be no extra fees, website:
“no hidden charges. We do not charge for flights of stairs, No fuel or Mileage charge.”

After arriving 15 minutes late they were helpful with the move. But, changed the price to £170. When we discussed the price which was mentioned on the phone and website, the men disagreed and stated the increase in price is due to location and number of flights of stairs. Clearly contradicting their statement on the website. They also stated they had “done you a favour” by helping with the move given that they had to park in a loading bay and threatened that any parking ticket would go to us.

The price list on this company’s website is misleading and amounts to false advertising. I was quoted £120 both on the phone and which matched website, with assurances that there were no hidden costs, but the full price came to £170 claiming there were other costs, which was not mentioned on the phone.

I booked two hours, however the drivers arrived late and did not complete the full two hours. Despite this, I was told they were “doing us a favour” by not charging extra which is unreasonable given the delay was on their side as well as the “no hidden costs” repeated throughout this companies website
Overall, the experience felt dishonest and unprofessional and left me feeling more stressed on a moving day. I would strongly recommend getting an Email confirmation for pricing but even more to use a more trusted moving service, as the pricing and service did not match what was advertised.

Easy and straight forward booking via phone, flexible pick up times, great advice on which van size would fit all our stuff, a very much appreciated help packing everything into the van and then bringing everything out, great conversations along the ride, great attitude and lastly - great price. Very much recommended!

Danny was excellent—he picked up the job after another had been cancelled, he was super friendly and efficient, made it feel very stress-free, all in all a really good experience and would definitely recommend!

I’ve used this company for a few different flat moves and they’ve always been brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Got this provider twice already. 1st was a scheduled big move while 2nd was a same day service to pickup a furniture from a seller. They're easy to deal with, just be sure to agree the price and the details on the phone so there's no misunderstanding, specially on the minimum rate.
They also allowed payment via bank transfer (since I paid over £500, which was great, since I don't carry sums of cash all the time.

The actual movers were also friendly and try their best to help, will get them again next time.

Great service, quick and they assured my items were safe and sound, they moved my Yamaha piano which weighed over 500 kilos, what seemed impossible was actually shockingly easy after seeing how professional they were in the trade i can only highly recommend these guys and can assure you that they are exceptional at what they do.

The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was friendly enough, however the prices quoted on the website are wildly inaccurate. I told him this on the telephone and mentioned that he may want to update the price lists, because anyone that checks the website is in for a bit of a shock when they call.

His response, while not rude exactly, was oddly defensive; he said that he had been operating the phone for eleven years and that it had never been a problem.

This really made me laugh, so said that, while that's great to hear, if anyone did use the website then the information on there isn't correct. He sort of laughed and said, "That's a different story."

Utterly baffling. My advice would be: call them and ignore the website price list. Except my actual advice is: look elsewhere, because you can find identical services for a much lower price, and that's exactly what I've just done—despite the gentleman on the phone assuring me that I wouldn't find any cheaper.
