Unfortunately loyalty credit will only show once you have logged into your account so the system knows it's you. Points need to be applied manually as customers might want to save these and build them up rather than them being applied to each order, this way customers have a choice.

Good service as always
Delivery took a day or so longer than usual but not a worry. All packaged up nicely and our royal mail postie leaves parcels in sensible places if we're not in.

Deteriorating quality and service
I have been a loyal customer since 2020, but I am deeply disappointed by the decline in product quality, packaging and delivery over recent orders.
My latest order of squeezy honey bottles arrived with broken caps. The packaging felt noticeably cheap: the caps were paper-thin plastic and the bottles were of poorer quality. Comparing them with a bottle from an earlier order, the difference was striking. It appears cost-cutting has come at the expense of quality.
I have also noticed shrinking quantities over time. Your day/night cream, for example, used to come in a 50ml pack and is now 30ml at the same price.
This was my last order. I cannot justify paying premium prices for products that no longer reflect that standard. I
Also the delivery took longer. I was charged 4.50 for the delivery and was expecting to receive the products in 4 to 5 daya however it was delivered after 8 days.
would like a refund or replacement for the damaged bottles, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously.

We're sorry to hear that your caps arrived damaged in transit. As they are made from recyclable materials, they can be more fragile than standard plastic caps. If you haven't already, please contact our Customer Services team at customerservices@manukadoctor.co.uk, and they'll be happy to arrange for replacement caps to be sent to you.
