Mantons Estateagents Omdömen

After meeting three different estate agents for valuations and quotes, Mantons were best for lowest commission and shortest contract tie in time. They marketed the property well and advertised on all platforms, arranged and attended all viewings even over the Christmas/New year period. We managed to secure a buyer within 2.5 weeks. We had a long conveyancing period but Mantons remained responsive, reassuring and supportive throughout that time.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my new home through Mantons and I can truly say the experience from start to finish was commendable. Imogen my sales agent accompanied me on a number of viewing before the right home was found. Imogen made her updates regular and clear, navigating complexity from my side. It’s been a long journey but without Imogen and the teams support, I would have never got my dream home over the line.

Thanks again.

My fence has been damaged by Manton's estate agents board contractor ( Agency express ).

They installed their sale board on fence post due to the heavy board my fence started to wobble.

After notifying this issue to Manton's estate agent from Feb- 2026 it has been told fence post was already loose and told they will not take any responsibility.

Fence has been changed recently and it was in good condition but the board contractor didn't want to fix it so they are ignoring saying post was like this before which is not true.

They would not been able to install the board in first place if the fence post was in good condition.

It is very disappointing after chasing for 3 months via e-mail and phone calls they are not fixing it just saying it was like that before which is not true.

My experience with Mantons was fantastic. The team are friendly, and knowledgeable. Imogen especially worked so hard during and after the sale of my property, helping liaise with the buyers, giving me updates when she said she would, which meant I trusted what she said and I had no doubt at all that Imogen would do what she said when she said which and at such a stressful time was very much needed and appreciated.
Any questions I had were always answered in a very timely manner.
Mantons were professional throughout my whole experience with them and I would not hesitate in using them again and recommend them to everyone.
Imogen and the whole team at Mantons made the sale of my property go smoothly. Thank you!

Family firm, great to deal with. Everyone is very friendly and all the team have been helpful and professional during the sale of my house.

They were very helpful, understanding and always willing to help. Whenever we phoned they always helped us no matter if the problem was big or small. We found them very knowledgeable and always gave us the best advice.

Ian, Tommy and the team at Manton's have sold multiple proprieties for us, and managed rentals for us.

I had a wonderful and professional experience with both Rosina and Nicole who helped me through the whole process. They did a great job keeping me informed and keeping the lines of communication going through the process as it can be a daunting process. I would 100% recommend them as they clearly look out for both the buyer and seller. Very professional and just very nice to deal with. Thank you :)

As a complete novice entering the world of house sales I have nothing but praise for the help, guidance and support given to me by Ian and his team. From start to finish they were always approachable, easy to contact, and swift to resolve any questions or queries. Nothing was too much trouble, and they kept me updated at all points from entering the market to completion of the sale. I would thoroughly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again.

Ian and his team did an amazing job. Always easy to get hold of someone on the phone. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again and would recommended them 100%

This Company were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They went the 'extra mile', kept all parties informed at all stages of the transaction.

We used Mantons to sell a house and from the beginning, they were dedicated, professional and absolutely caring. We were made to feel like nothing was too much trouble and they were always in contact with even small pieces of information or progress. Nicole in particular was a 'rock', keeping us updated and treating us with respect and understanding. Thank you to everyone at Mantons for your hard work and support.

Thank you for all your kind help in the process of buying my Mothers home.

I had a very good experience selling our late Mum's house via Manton's estate agents.
Rosina was the initial contact and came via a friend's recommendation. After the house was photographed and on the market, we dealt with Nicole until completion.
They were professional and dedicated throughout the entire process. They are a smaller family business, and this comes across as you feel part of it rather than just a 'number.'
They were also cheaper in terms of commission than the others we considered - this did not affect the service.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would happily use them again! Thanks!

Very helpful estate agents, great service, coped with all my techie limitations. Highly recommend.

Great agents, I would recommend them to anyone looking for hard working agents. A special shout out and thank you to Nicole who has a delight to deal with.

Mantons have been amazing whilst purchasing my first property. Especially Nicole, who helped me throughout the whole process, she was by my side from start to finish, answering any questions or concerns. I would recommend mantons to everyone!

Mantons Estate Agents professional and approachable in every aspect of the sales process.

Great team. I'm very happy with my experience with Mantons. Friendly and very professional.

Fantastic Estate Agency, all staff went out of their way with the sale of our property that was difficult for all sorts of reasons and all staff were really good at getting back to you if you left messages. Also kept you updated at regular intervals. Great at getting information from solicitors etc. We will definitely use them again.
