Megan was amazing from the start of the sale to the end, always kept us informed and was happy to help us with any questions and queries we had. Picking up the keys was quick and easy and stress free and the goody bag was perfect too.

We engaged Manning Stainton to sell a buy-to-let property in Morley. They were very professional, polite and friendly throughout, from the valuation and initial marketing, management of viewings and securing a buyer within a short time , and finally through the full conveyancing process to completion.
Unfortunately, we had the first buyer drop out due to issues at their end, but this did not phase the team at Manning Stainton. Another buyer was found almost immediately.
We would like to thank in particular Owen of the Sales team for securing not one but two buyers!
Finally, we would like to say that the level of service provided by Megan as the Move Manager was first class. She kept all parties up to date throughout the completion process, pushing things along when needed. We were selling another property in a different location through another agent, and there was absolutely no comparisionin the service they provided compared to Megan.

Leaving my conservatory door unlocked after a viewing and not informing me. Someone used the toilet at a viewing and never flushed it causing stains down the toilet. The communication between the solicitors and yourselves was extremely poor. I wouldn’t recommend your service to others.

From Andrew coming out to value our property to Emily coming the following day to take the photos, the house was on the market within 24 hours which was amazing. We have recently secured a sale on our house which was done within 7 days of it being on the market. The communication throughout has been great from Chloe-Paige, she has kept us in the loop and been a pleasure to deal with.

Completed Yesterday, the whole process was smooth and fast. From putting out house for sale in February to closing in June.
Chloe was our Agent for both the sale and the purchase of the new house, and she was brilliant. Always fast to answer and get back to us, all queries answered within the hour.
