Professional outfit from the initial visit to completion of sale. Initial valuation was accurate and well-handled and we were given very regular updates on progress by Becky, who handled the enquiries on the property very effectively. The brochure photos really captured the property well and the team checked with us on the accuracy of the brochure wording.
The company offer software so you can see visits and enquiries and we were texted to let us know that visit appointments were being made. Compared to to previous experiences with other local agents, this was a very smooth process.

A big thank you to Gemma and Rochelle the sale of my dads property was a complicated one but they kept me informed throughout the sale and we got there in the end.

Excellent overall experience selling my home with manning stainton. Sol my house quickly and after price agreed was allocated a sales manager. Charlotte Poutney was amazing at checking in with solicitors as the sale was part of a chain. She was always easily contactable and helped to push the sale through despite some challenges from a difficult to deal with solicitor. She was also great at explaining the steps of the process along the way.

We received great service from the Moortown (Leeds) branch of Manning Stainton, and we weren’t even their client. Their client was the vendor of the property we were buying. Special mention must go to Charlotte Poutney. She did all she could to progress the transactions throughout the whole chain, chasing solicitors and keeping all of us informed throughout.
