I was recommended Manning Stainton in Guiseley by my solicitors dealing with a bereavement sale.
I have found them to be very professional, efficient with no issues at all. I was particularly impressed by their weekly 'update' system both in the marketing and sale of the property.
Regarding my personal experience with them, I would highly recommend.

We chose Manning Stainton as they didnt charge us for the photo's or the EPC certificate. Also their fee was 1% rather than the usual 1.5%.

The time from start to completion was around 7 months as our buyer had their buyer pull-out and therefore had to put their property back on the market. We also had an issue with an external drainage which meant a third person and their solicitor was involved which helped to slow things down.

My contact, through the conveyancing process, was Lauren Moore. Lauren was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process and helped me to keep track of who was doing what and why, which at my age, became pretty confusing :)

The people i dealt with, in the Guiseley office. during the sales process were also very helpful.
