Zaini Miraj has been brilliant. From accepting an offer right through to completion we have had weekly updates. She has kept the buyers and ourselves updated throughout. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you Zaini.

Our experience with Manning Stainton selling our house was excellent. The general team were brilliant all through the process as was our Move Manager, Zaini Miraj. She gave regular progress updates and chased people where and when needed to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. We recommend using Manning Stainton and also the work of Zaini. Thank you for making what potentially could have been a difficult process easy.

Manning Stainton Beeston Branch, amazing staff, all extremely professional with brilliant communication skills. Made a difficult situation easier to deal with.

Big thanks to Dan, Zaini, Julie, Ivona and anyone else at the branch who worked on the property sale.

Excellent service provided by all the staff at Manning Stainton. Always kept informed and made the house sale process smooth and stress free. Great work by Dan Mirfin, Zaini Miraj and all the staff at Beeston Road office who were always helpful and friendly when making enquiries and asking for information. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service from the Beeston, Leeds office. Dan the branch manager and his excellent team did a superb job of selling my house during a difficult market. Special mention to Julie and Zaini Miraj for their assistance with some difficulties that arose during the transaction. I'm not the easiest person to deal with following a head injury a few years ago but the team showed patience and understanding throughout. This is the 3rd house that the Manning Stainton, Beeston, Leeds team have sold for my family all with super results.

My move manager was Zaini Miraj and she was very helpful and responsive when I needed her to intervene when I had concerns during the transaction.
Thank you!

Excellent Experience from start to finish, Zaini made the whole process super easy and a joy to deal with. Big thank you to the whole team, I would highly recommend Manning Stainton to sell your property.

Move manager kept in in formed on all aspects of the move

Very efficient, professional and, above all, friendly service from the good people at Manning Stainton’s office in Beeston. I was selling a property from a distance (the other end of the country) and they handled everything really well and kept me updated.

Seamless process from start to finish. Zaini was great at keeping us updated and communicating with us throughout and couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely recommend Manning Stainton Beeston and really happy with Zaini’s help.

I would recommend manning staintons beeston they were very good always kept you in the know about everything they did to sell my late dad's home

The sale went through smoothly and I was kept up to date weekly.

I recently had a very good experience selling my house with Manning Stainton in Beeston. All staff were great, especially Julie and Ivona who went out of their way to help me and as a bonus were also very friendly.
Zaini was my move manager and she really worked hard to keep up momentum on the sale when things slowed down. She was also extremely responsive which was greatly appreciated.
I am happy to recommend Manning Stainton.

All the staff at Manning Stainton were extremely helpful especially those at the Beeston office which was the one in charge of the house I was purchasing.

I didn't really know much about how to buy a house but they guided me through the whole process. Dan who showed me round the house initially was really polite and helpful and answered all my queries. Then I was guided through the process of making an offer and given really helpful advice.

Manning Stainton helped in getting the survey organised and also suggested a solicitors Levi Solicitors and they were also excellent. For somebody who was unfamiliar to the process , it made it all much easier.

I was given a personalised service with a move manager, Zaini MIraj and she went above and beyond to get things sorted and she really facilitated communications and negotiations with the seller and she kept in touch with me by email and phone giving me regular updates.

It was good to have the same person keeping track of everything and I felt that Zaini genuinely cared about getting everything done in the best way etc.

Obviously there are a lot of things to think about when you are buying a property and where there were things ( for example from the survey) that needed explanation or working out, I always felt that Zaini understood my concerns and patiently worked to get them sorted and find the information needed.

When I needed to go back into the property to check something, Zaini organised Dan to come out at very short notice and that was extremely helpful.

Overall the service is excellent . Really efficient and professional and at the same time friendly and working on behalf of both seller and purchaser to get the best result. The whole team is friendly and knowledgeable and there was a real sense of celebration when we completed and I got the keys. And as they handed over the keys, they even gave you a little welcome pack which was just a nice caring touch.

Thanks again to all the team at Beeston Manning Stainton Office.

Zaini Miraj and her team have done an amazing job , polite, professional, friendly, Respectful, and kept me updated every step of the way from the beginning to completion of selling my late mother’s house.

I chose Manning Stainton as my estate agent for selling my property based on past reviews and glowing recommendations. I must say, I made the right choice. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. I want to thank Dan, Lauren, Julie, and everyone at the Beeston Branch for their excellent work in selling my property. I sold the property for exactly the price I had targeted, and the process was absolutely smooth from first contact to completion.

I especially want to extend my gratitude to ‘Zaini Miraj’ (my move manager), who was a pleasure to deal with, kept me constantly updated and addressed all my queries with brilliant efficiency.

All in all, Manning Stainton (especially the Beeston Branch) is superb, and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for an estate agent.
