The only disappointment is what Manning Stainton (not Charlotte) recommend for the convenance legal firm: Levi Solicitors. Not very nice legal firm. It seems full of self-entitled professionals which have no patience with the plebs like us. If you choose other solicitors, Manning Stainton and Charlotte are great. Highly recommended.

Following a recent viewing of a property in Adel, I have had a couple of follow up calls with Bel and I just wanted to say what a pleasure she is to speak to - she’s so professional, friendly, engaged and cheerful and a joy to speak to. I have been searching for a property for a while now and have spoken with many agents across different agencies and Bel is far and above the best.

At first it was slow and I didn't get much info unless I rang the office. Then Yvonne took over and things changed.

I used Manning Stainton because they have a good understanding of the housing market in Adel but there is more to them that that. We have recently bought a house in Adel with Manning Stainton. We did have some hiccups with the solicitors but Yvonne Jones, who was our agent was wonderful all the way and helped sort out any and all issue that arose.

Rang to confirm in the morning that I would definitely be there, as I was 5 mins late to property, they had already left. And when I rang them back they said because I was 5 mins late that they had already gone. They did not text or ring to see if I was on my way, horrible tone and a waste of time. What is the point of confirming a viewing if you are going to just leave? Lady on the phone not worth talking to.

From initial contact until completion we have had no issues, Constantly kept up to date with viewings and offers and regular contact during the completion process on a weekly basis, special mention to Yvonne, Can't fault the team, all deserve praise
