Amazing guy genuine and honest I took 3 scooters in as they had either broke or not charging. He was honest and said leave them will let me know the cost a very good price explained what needed doing and how to stop it happening again really great full that both of them are friendly and honest will go to him again if I need to fab guys thank you so much

Wanted to upgrade my widewhee pro which I'd had for a year, liked the look of a vsett 10+, so after a chat with will a test ride was arranged.
Manfirth have showroom and an area where you can view and demo the scooters and make an informed decision.
The vsett 10+ is a beast of a scooter and now need to upgrade all my safety gear😁
Excellent company to do business with and I wish you both well in this venture. 5*👍

Hi there Sean, we’re sorry you feel that you were sent a faulty part. Our refund return address is attached below; all you need to do is return the item and we will refund the full amount owed. To date, we haven’t received your returned item so if you have returned, please can you provide proof of postage or contact the courier service you used. We have no issues granting returns; we believe your swing arm for the Kugoo had some scratches that were from poor storages at our warehouse, not a faulty item. Again, if you can return the item to our returns address we will happily refund your order.

Brilliant customer service
I had an issue with the throttle on my scooter and was worried about getting it sorted but I needn’t have been. Manfirth were brilliant in getting it resolved and it was so easy to communicate with them!
10/10 would definitely recommend!
