Hi there Jack, we’re sorry it’s been over the estimated shipping time. Your order was placed on 28th and processed on the 29th. As the weekend fell over Xmas and the Monday and Tuesday we’re bank holiday the item was collected until Tuesday. This then had a 4 day period that couriers weren’t collecting.
You should receive today. Again we’re sorry about the slight delay, it was placed at the busiest time for courier collections over the bank holiday period. If you do order from us again, please please get in touch and we would happily explain the situation and update you rather than just reviewing us as 1 star. We really do appreciate your order.

I ordered an electric scooter of which was to come in 10 ten days, but arrived in 9. The price was about £1800 and ManFirth even sent me a discount code of about £100. Very pleased and will be more than happy to recommend them to future customers.
