After banging my head against a brick wall trying to get a name to provide to my Occ Health company, I posted a bad review.
Mamedica done their usual, a speedy reply, we will fix this, sorry bla bla bla
I phoned them back to get details as promised. They knew nothing of my problem and refused to give information once again. Asked to be contacted by a supervisor, nothing once more.
An email was sent but went to my spam folder, where every other mamedica email goes straight in my inbox?
A good company in fair weather, no issues with products. However, do not expect any help or aftercare, once they have your money, you are on your own.
Think twice if you may need help with Occ health or work reports, as the follow up care is almost zero.
Let's here what snake oil they have for me this time
Edit: You do not get off Scot free on this. I was told that I would get a call back around 2 weeks ago, never happened until I posted another poor review, then you mysteriously call. Had you had the decency or professionalism to provide a call back, then you could have informed me of your actions.
All mamedica emails go to my email address, no issues, however this 1 pivotal email does not, highly strange don't you think.
I would also like to complain about the lady that phoned/talked right over the top of me yesterday. She had a few whoppers. She stated they had tried to contact the Icc health company but was told the person dealing with the case was on holiday.
I checked with the Occ health company. This never happened. Firstly you did not have permission from me to contact them at this point. Secondly they, Occ health, said this isn't how it works. Someone else would take it on as it's time sensitive.
I can handle cross lines, poor service but I will not be lied to by your staff, at my own expense. She also stated they had chatted about the DVLA, strange how did they manage that when they are on holiday?
A poor showing and an even poorer response by the untruthful employee.
She was more interested in the military charge that would go along with Occ health's request.
I will have to look for a new company. You have broken all trust.

🚨 Title: WARNING: The Bank Transfer Trap – They Strip Your Rights and Leave You StrandedThis clinic is a absolute danger to vulnerable patients, and everyone needs to know exactly how they manipulate payments to strip you of your legal rights.I paid my initial fees, but for the actual prescription, they force you to pay via bank transfer. Do not fall for this. They do this intentionally because they know that if you pay by bank transfer, you have no card protections, no standard debit card chargeback rights, and your bank cannot automatically pull the money back.Once they have your cash via transfer, you are completely at their mercy. In my case, this was my very first prescription. The package arrived completely open and empty. The postman's official delivery photo explicitly proved that the transit theft happened before it ever touched my hands. Mamedica didn't care. They hid behind "courier investigations" instead of prioritizing patient care, completely cutting off my medical treatment.Communication from their staff has been utterly appalling. I was given endless empty promises about email updates, completely ignored, and forced to repeatedly chase them down for over a month. While my bank was able to claw back my initial clinic fee, Mamedica is still unlawfully holding £206 for a first prescription I never received.Holding money from a vulnerable patient managing severe anxiety while cutting off their vital medical care is entirely unacceptable. They use bank transfers to trap your money so they can ignore you when things go wrong. Check Zendesk ticket #249254 and give me my money back. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

Unbelievable service
I recently found Mamedica and the process from start to finish has been excellent. All staff that I have spoken to have been incredibly helpful and patient whilst i gathered all my relevant document together to see if I have been accepted. I have my first consultation soon and I am looking forward to it the staff have really made this experience great. I apologies but there has been one individual who has helped me the most, I have unfortunately forgotten his name after he told me on the phone but a special shout out to him regardless, you are a massive credit to the company

excellent customer service
I was hesitant about signing up and stopped part way through the sign-up process. A few hours later I got a call from Jodie, she was great and after talking to her and arranging a future call I ended up continuing the process online, it's a straight forward process, I got another call from Jodie today saying she had seen I completed the process and that she can get me an earlier appointment than was showing online. So thanks to Jodie, I am now signed up and awaiting my initial consultation in a weeks time.
From my initial sign-up experience and dealing with Jodie, I recommend Mamedica as somewhere that will definitely put your mind at ease, they also have plans to suit most peoples needs.
