I have placed my order almost a month ago, they took the money from my account, nothing arrived to me, I m trying to track the order it’s only in Spanish and as I understand it’s returning to it’s origin, and no one responds to emails or insta dm!!! So far they look as a scam, hope it’s not.

I didn’t get my package I m waiting more than 20 days

I am so happy with my Mamba sunglasses. They have been my go to this summer. The fit is perfect and they don’t loosen and slide off as some other brands do. I have gotten a lot of compliments on the style as well. Over all great experience, and great customer care. Won’t hesitate to order other styles next year :)

Nice sunglasses. I have the Roques · Tortoise and they run quite small. That is not an issue for me because I have a small head, but I can imagine it wouldn't fit everyone. But the quality is great en delivery is quick.

A fuir ! Ma commande n’est jamais arrivé car l’entreprise travaille avec seur qui est un transporteur catastrophique (cf avis sur truspilot : note 1/5). La moindre des choses serait de me rembourser mais ils refusent catégoriquement, c’est scandaleux !!

I had an issue with the shipping address, and the customer service was very helpful, quick, and friendly. Plus, I love the glasses!

The website advertises with "easy return". Additionally, on their website, they claim you get a shipping label.
"we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package."

Very misleading because only after contacting them do they say that the return is not covered. Neither do you get a shipping label. There is nothing "easy" or free about this return policy.

Very satisfied with the sunglasses. I love the fact that it also covers really well the sides, thanks to the thicker side edges. Something I could not find easily elsewhere. The glasses feel solid and good on my face and like they're gonna last long. Perfect weight. The lenses are not too thick or dark, which is good for this model. Finally, when you order on a weekend, be aware that you will not receive a confirmation of purchase until the next working day. So don't freak out like I did :) Thank you Mamba for your customer service. Rapid to answer emails+very kind.

Great expérience I love the product and the shape + the box and case. The Shipping was on Time but took 5 days and the glass ain’t as performant as I imagined but in général a great experience for the price.
