The meat is excellent quality…
The meat delivered is excellent quality with good portions of it.i had difficulty in receiving the order but after a few emails they clarified the problem. Highly recommended for all meat.

Brilliant customer service lovely meat
Brilliant customer service meat hamper came in the afternoon, and it was no longer chilled, therefore mostly unusable.
Customer service dispatched a replacement hamper immediately. Thankyou. Lovely products also.

Placed online order
Placed online order. Said it would be delivered 3 days after order, arrived 2.5 weeks after placing order.
No one ever answers the phone. Try to leave a voicemail to then be told you can't leave a message as mailbox is full.....probably because hundreds of customers are trying to find out where their orders are! Deffo won't be using them again. Shocking service!

Great quality and prices
Great quality and prices. My freezer is almost bursting at the seams with Malpass bargains. I love their products. It also helps that they deliver, as I can’t get out and about anymore to get my shopping due to disability. Thank you. Very impressed. 5 stars.
