Mallorca Farmhouses Omdömen 

Majorca Farmhouses was dishonest in their resolution of a disastrous experience at MATORELL GOLF, which we found to be in a detestable level of cleanliness. In spite of being told that appropriate accommodations would be made within three days of our departure from the detestable residence, we were told that we had not allowed them to remedy the situation tough we have written communications from their representative in northern Mallorca.

The house we´ve booked was big and comfortable but many things were old, not refurbished or simply broken. General things and a welcome package were completely missing (one of the bathrooms was not equipped with toilet paper or hand soap). The cleaning service (twice a week) was not efficient, at all.
Overall experience was ok, but not worth the money!

Our Villa provided the ideal accommodation and facilities for us, our 3 children and partners and 2 grandchildren. A very relaxing and enjoyable week.

The Mallorca farmhouse was exactly as described. A well furnished house with a good sized swimming pool and grounds. The walk into the lovely town of Pollenca was pleasant and flat and we felt safe even in the evenings.

We stayed as a family [but all adults]. We thought the house was great with lovely garden, pool and games/bbq area. It is well situated within a short drive to Pollenca [which is great]. A few downsides but more niggles for improvement rather than big negatives. The air con is on a timer which starts at 6pm and finishes circa 4am. Aside from the annoyance of not having air con all night for those that want it also created a 4am change of noise in the bedroom which ensured those light sleepers woke up every night at that time! The 'house' notes are somewhat generic to Mallorcan Farmhouses as a company and don't really touch on the more specific things about the house - for instance, there is a water sprinkler system in the garden which, unless you are careful [or know], can soak everything within reach! Too many generic stickers and signs everywhere which feel a bit 'institutional' and finally the kitchen equipment was missing quite a bit which I assume must have resulted from lack of checks during the course of the season. Still a great house but best to be aware of the few pitfalls.

From the moment we contacted Mallorca Farmhouses we received excellent service, support and advice. The villa was as described and accurate to the photo's on the website. We'd highly recommend this company as they make you feel valued throughout.

Great villa and location. Only minor irritations/problems but would recommend this villa to all: Not sure whether we mislaid the vital information on its location, but we arrived late at night and had real trouble finding the villa (over an hour looking). Sign on roadside fence was not easy to spot, and indeed we believed the villa to be off a track,not directly off the road. Also, hadn't spotted the fine print on aircon only being on from 1800 to 0400 - in August with temperatures up at 35C through the day, bedrooms are warm by 0500. Suggest that the premium prices for August are reflected in longer aircon hours. We decided to pay extra for extra aircon to the owner,next door.

Great property in a fantastic location. Views from the terrace and pool area are stunning. Would definitely use company again.

The listing for the house stated that the house had air conditioning, but it did not! The photos of the house show ceiling fans which are not in the house now. During our week from 7/15-23/2017 the house was unbearably hot. I would advise anyone who uses air conditioning at home to NOT RENT this house in the summer. The 4 second floor bedrooms are right under the roof which bakes in the sun all day and radiates heat all night. Half of the room fans in the bedrooms did not work. We were given 2 new fans on our 2nd day, but we had to spend an hour putting them together.
The 15 meter pool is great and very refreshing. The house and grounds are beautiful. The backyard and pool deck are great for entertaining. We had a catered dinner for 30 people with plenty of room for everyone. We did need to rent extra tables and chairs for the party.
Renters should know that you must cart your garbage yourself to municipal dumpsters in town.

Lovely house in a perfect place.

I am sorry, but I can't say anything bad about our experience with Mallorca Farmhouses. My girlfriend and I had the holiday week of our life. With the special deal, we as taxidrivers, could experience the luxery like we are rich people! The house, the swimming pool, ow my god I want to have this house!!! We were in Finca Tomas... Ow 1 small thing, the wifi did not work! But when we called, a sweet lady was there in 1 hour to fix it.... People really, go there! Mallorca is great, we go there for years, but this is so much better than a hotel! I hope my spelling is not to bad, English is not my thing ;)

James, you made a normal holiday the best we had. Again, 2 simple taxidrivers in a big private house with a swimming pool, miracles still happen!

Finca was in excellent location and surroundings and pool very good. Facilities and cleanliness not up to our standard and property should have an "essential" rather than a "superior" rating

Fantastic Villa, excellent booking procedure from start to finish, got to be one of the best villas we have ever had in Mallorca and we have visited Mallorca more than 20 times.

We had a good time in the Martorell Golf villa.
The service was very good, the house as well as the garden and swimmingpool were clean. Privacy was ok, however the road next to the house was busy.
Everything you needed was there. What we did not like was the furniture, esp. the chairs were really not comfortable, all wood without cushions. The sofa was much too soft to sit on comfortably.
Overall we find the house sufficient, but there was a lack of luxury.

A special holiday in a quiet and beautiful location containing all the services like: a swimming pool, a pool table, a ping pong table and air conditioning.
Near to the supermarkets and the beach.
Super!!!
