First time customer. Easy to place order. Balls received very quickly. Was kept well informed all through the process. Balls look good quality and what I expected. I play off 6 and do not play any particular ball because they all seem to feel and perform exactly the same for me. I usually play with any old ball, just ones that I find normally. Looking forward to playing with the same ball for a while.

Very poor quality golf balls
I placed two large orders totalling £1400 with this company.
The items were listed as grade A and i have paid almost £2.50 per ball. what i received was far from that grade. In fact most of the balls had pen marks all over them as well as inks stamps and practice stamps. Quite a few were very discoloured. They were also nothing like the pictures of the items on their website. I have sent chat messages, pictures and emails to the seller but have had no response as of yet. I will give them the opportunity to resolve this before taking things further.

Good service
The balls arrived promptly and were well packaged. The overall quality was good. I ordered 36 balls and I was a bit disappointed with the quality of a few of the balls but they are being replaced.

The order never got posted as they didn’t have the stock. I requested a refund but didn’t get my refund and no one has answered any of my attempts to get in touch through email, phone call or live chat

Scratch Grade A Balls
First batch of balls were very good.
Just received another box of 24 balls which are meant to to be Grade A, but a quarter of then have fairly deep scratches. There are a number of companies that sell second hand balls so I’ll go elsewhere next time.
