I ordered 12 yellow Srixon golf balls

I ordered 12 yellow Srixon golf balls. They sent me 12 multicoloured including 3 green??? Really!! I have requested a refund but have yet to receive an answer? I’ve called their office but there is no answer. Really disappointed as the quality of the balls is also poor.

Customer service is horrific and doesn’t even exist

I’ve now emailed 4 times about the order I received which was dreadful

No response to any emails. They’ll say they haven’t received them probably.

Would never use this company again

NO ONE INTERESTED

I immediately wanted to change my order within minutes of ordering.
Sadly no one was interested. I tried many contacts and emails.
I wish to return my order and potentially spend more. No one is interested.

Royal Mail didn’t deliver ! Waited in all day . This is letting your company down. Always had a good experience with your company before , however your 3rd parties are letting you down

This is the third time MailOrderGolf…

This is the third time MailOrderGolf has asked me for a review, they must be suckers for punishment. As previously posted the Nike balls were tatty and there were practice balls included. Asking me to send them photos of the balls in question, did not go down well. The balls were given away in the end.

Hi John, we’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your order and with the automated review reminders.

You purchased our Very Good / Grade B balls, which are clearly described as potentially having ink marks, scuffs, slight discolouration and occasionally a ball stamped “PRACTICE.”

When you contacted us, we asked for photographs so we could review the issue, but none were provided. On the 2nd, we also offered a free returns label so the balls could be returned for a full refund. Unfortunately, the balls were then given away, meaning we were unable to receive them back or process the refund.

We always aim to resolve concerns fairly and remain disappointed that we could not complete the returns process in this instance.
