Skrivet av företaget
MagnoliaProperty.com helps property owners sell their homes privately, without using traditional estate agents or paying commission. Established in 2004, the platform was created to give sellers full control of their sale while significantly reducing the costs typically associated with international property transactions. The service specialises in overseas property sales, supporting owners selling homes in popular destinations such as France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, and many other countries worldwide. MagnoliaProperty.com enables sellers to market their property directly to an international audience of buyers, particularly those searching for homes outside their home country. Sellers list their property for a fixed, one-off fee, with no commission payable upon sale. Enquiries are sent directly to the owner, allowing them to communicate with buyers without intermediaries. This approach provides transparency, flexibility, and cost savings, while keeping the seller fully in control of viewings, negotiations, and the final sale. Over the years, MagnoliaProperty.com has helped thousands of private sellers successfully market and sell property abroad, often saving substantial sums in agent fees. The platform is designed to be straightforward and accessible, whether a seller is listing a holiday home, investment property, or permanent residence. MagnoliaProperty.com continues to focus on providing a clear, cost-effective alternative to estate agents for homeowners selling property internationally.

Well satisfied
We would use Magnolia services again. We had more people interested in our house in 6 months using their site, than we had in two years with a local French agent.
