It is very affordable and is definitely one of the best places to advertise your property in the U.K. or Internationally saving commission rates on the sale.

The experience with MagnoliaProperty.co.uk was extremely poor and disappointing.
I paid 45 pounds for listings in magnoliaproperty.co.uk as well as in primelocation.com, zoopla.co.uk and huisenaanbod.nl.
I had in total only two (!) contacts in 3 months, that weren't even serious.

On the other hand I had hundreds (!) of contacts - many of them from foreigners and some of them British - through Idealista and other Portuguese sites (that led to the sell of the apartment) for a fraction of the price that I paid MagnoliaProperty.

Also the customer support was extremely slow in ansewring me and sending me an invoice (took them more than one month) and only after I insisted.

I regret very much the money that I spent with their services and will not repeat the experience.

Simply "does what it says on the tin" . Efficient, clear, fairly priced. All listings active quickly. Immediate replies to requests for support. A great stress reducer in the stressful process of home sale.

When we decided as a family to sell our beloved house in the South of France, we were unaware of the forthcoming Covid pandemic. It couldn't have been a worse time, as travel restrictions and strict social regulations hit suddenly and a formerly buoyant market virtually disappeared. Hence we selected 3 estate agencies to trawl for viewers. I heard about Magnolia Properties but frankly didn't expect much exposure. How wrong was I! We were inundated with interested buyers from both Europe and the UK, but also further a field, including Hong Kong - and achieved far more interest than did the estate agents combined. However, it was only when people felt safe post-vaccination and when restrictions were lifted that they could plan their visits. Our dream buyers travelled from the UK the weekend before 3 other purchasers could make it - much to their disappointment. I had feared that ignorance of the French house selling-process would create a problem for us, but frankly, if you do some research and can identify a helpful 'notaire', you have nothing to worry about. Ben at Magnolia was extremely helpful, and always speedily responded to questions. Also the website is incredibly easy to use to create your own webpage. Clearly, the obvious benefits of not having to pay such high commissions, is great. But what has also, surprisingly, made the process so enjoyable, is the fact that people come directly to you, rather than go via an estate agent. You can respond directly with your potential purchasers, and answer whatever concerns they have, within 24 hrs if not sooner. Truly, it has been a pleasure, and I am so grateful for this service. I unreservedly encourage people to pay the incredibly low fee, and have a go...

I have tried to contact this company regarding purchase of a property, I have tried 4 times but no response. I also have tried to contact the company directly but no response. As someone who is trying to buy a property you would expect some form of response if only to let you know that the property has been sold. Very disappointed.

I highly rate this company's honesty and professional handling of my advert , also the fact that they are reliable. They are much cheaper than so called agents who can rip you off charging rates of between 3 and 5% of property value for just doing what I did putting photos online without being proactive and making any efforts to sell . Magnolia has more coverage. Yes! it may take longer to sell if you are inland in Spain but this company are definately worth trying and good value for money. You know the selling points of your own house and the area and have the opportunity of doing your own write up which is a bonus. My suggestion is due to downturn in propery and currect climate to advertise for one full year if you live abroad as it might take longer to sell. We are delighted to have sold . We will also be looking at Magnolia adverts when we buy a new house as we know that people who sell on this website have already taken off the agents fees and the liklihood is the house will be cheaper to buy. A welcome addition to selling a property in France! I recently sold my property in France which had been on the market for almost 4 1/2 years and whilst I didn't sell my property through Magnolia Property they were excellent in every way possible.
French property can be extremely difficult to sell. The laws and bureaucracy alone make it very hard to sell and a lot of the agents there don't push properties and work as hard as they could in getting that sale for you.
When I started using Magnolia Property I opted for the top package and was very pleased. Ben helped set up my dedicated website really quickly, translating the English I wrote into French allowing for dual translation. I had signs, flyers and cards produced showing my details on the website and this in turn helped me actively promote my house myself and not rely on the French agents, who were waiting for a dream buyer to walk through their doors and look at my property!
I didn't need to wait any more and now I had the opportunity to sell my house myself and this made a difference, not only to my own confidence but also the feeling that something was finally happening.
As I stated above, I didn't end up selling my home through Magnolia Property but it stirred up the agents who were handling it and they soon realised that if they wanted their commission they were now in competition with me and this in turn realised my sale and my chance to finally go!
Anyone who is experiencing difficulties selling their house/flat/land etc.., in France should use Magnolia Property. You have nothing to lose but you might get the results you need because I know how hard it is to sell a house in France. I know how despairing and difficult it can be but now I also know that there are people like Ben at Magnolia Property who will help you set up the necessary things to get your property online and allow you to be in control of your own destiny, which is so much better than relying on someone else who may or may not even try to sell your property.
Furthermore, by becoming the agent yourself you can vet your clients, ask them relevant questions to see if they are suitable for your house (something very lacking with French agents) and take and show pictures which show your property rather than lots of the view (if you have one) or lots of the swimming pool. I do find it strange in France that so many pictures for properties are of views, pools and gardens but hardly any of the house. This could be a reason for the inactivity in the French property market but with sites like Magnolia Property available it's time to drag the French Estate agents into the 21st Century and make them see that if they are unable to sell your property you will do it yourself!!
