Great, easy to navigate website. Fast delivery which exceeded my expectations and their own estimate. Magnets are strong and durable, perfect for many uses. The invoice doesn't automatically come through, but one quick email and within a few hours I had it no problem. I'll definitely be using these again.

Hi Kingsley,
First and foremost, I'd like to apologise for any inconvenience you've experienced with your order. Every order placed with us automatically generates an order confirmation. If you haven’t received this, it's worth checking your junk/spam folder as sometimes emails can mistakenly land there. If it's not present there, there is a possibility that your mail provider may have blocked our email.
I can assure you that we have received your order. According to our records, your parcel has been dispatched via the delivery option you selected, and it should be with you either today or tomorrow at the latest.
One of our colleagues has already reached out to you via email regarding this matter. If, for any reason, your item doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, or if you have any further questions, please do respond to our email, and we'll be more than happy to assist.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We truly value your custom and hope to rectify this situation promptly.
