Having bought other 8mm bungees with hooks that were 'OK' there were a lot stronger and that suited my application. No issues with product or delivery.

Collected my order great local company with many choices of rope.

The product and customer service are both exceptional.I contacted James [the director] on a Sunday with questions of what would be best for my project of needing rope for my patio.He replied several times the same day which was incredable.
I had the information I needed almost immediately, so ordered online and the delivery came within 2 days.
The rope itself is simply outstanding and absolutely perfect for what was needed

But when I paid, an erroneous message was sent immediately.
It thanked someone called JOHN in large capital
Letters and said payment had not been taken. On ringing and talking to Rope Source I was informed it was a glitch on their system.
However I thought either Rope Source had been hacked or I had been hacked.
Apparently not, but this glitch had occurred previously I was informed and I think it should be corrected.
Delivery of order was prompt and perfect, but the technical problem caused some stress and a loss of my valuable time.

Good product and fair price. I order 2 packs of 100M Baker's Twine Random Clearance Packs - 10 Spools.
Arrived much quicker than expected and was a good mix or colours and designs. I had hoped there would not be loads of the same colour/design and was delighted at the mix. Out of 20 spools (2 packs of 10 ordered) there were 8 solid colours and 12 striped, no more than 2 of any, apart from one striped colour that I received 3 spools between the 2 packs. Thank you, I would order again
