I can only comment on what I experienced,which is chasms apart from the negative here.Had delivery issues running overdue,they were transparent,obliging &concerned...to the extent they offered to resend the order no charge to save me from unknown wait.They initiated daily contact with updates and solutions.By next morning it appeared on Aust Post tracking app.2 days later I received...saw notification that Aust customs held the parcel for random bio check [Shirts 🤔🤔]....hence delay..certainly not Maelreg fault.They were exceptional with their daily concern contact,demonstrated they were willing to go to any length to satisfy me.They were honest,with good business ethics and exemplary ethos.Oh and all of this in conjunction with receiving shirts which were excellent quality and value for money.

I can't believe the positive reviews for Maelreg aren't written by the same person! I ordered a pair of golf pants. Even paid extra for "easy-return insurance". Order came, didn't fit and when I asked for instructions to return it, Maelreg said they had "warehouse issues & were not accepting returns". They would pay me 70% of my cost instead, and suggested I "donate the pants to charity". There was even additional charge on my credit card because the order was shipped from China. I wasn't happy, but didn't want to walk away with nothing! After checking your site, I will NEVER order from a company that I haven't checked out thoroughly.

This site and company is horrible. First products ordered were from their site directly. To this day, I fear they have too much personal info. I have bought more Maelreg since then but will only order their products from Amazon.

I ordered a puffer/jacket and I’m very happy with the quality and the design! The overall look is very elegant, the materials are lightweight and keep very well the warmth.

Stay away from this store, I spent thousands of dollars on this store and tried to return 2 items, I emailed request for request for return also call the number listed on the website, no response at all and now passed 30 days return policy. Don’t do business with them.

They blame their delivery provider for failure to make delivery and the tell you it’s your problem. This is fraud. Don’t buy anything from them.

My order was seized for counterfeit postage. When I reached out about it, all they did was blame the logistics provider, they refused to accept any ounce of responsibility.

Buy your gear elsewhere.

Same as others have commented. Don't order from here unless you don't want a refund. Shirt too big tried to return but told via email return not allowed as was in sale !!!!! Rubbish company please avoid

I order most of the shirts online through Amazon. They are the only Polos I want to wear. They are light. Comfortable and fit great, especially for a big guy like me. I wish they made golf pants and shorts for bigger men! All the clothes I own would be Maelreg brand

Totally agree with other comments. Garments themselves are great but the large sizes I ordered are more like XXL. They refuse to exchange for smaller size. Lesson learned - won’t be buying from Maelreg again.

So far so good, 1st delivery did take a few weeks, 2nd after one week. The shirts for the money are outstanding value and excellent quality, definitely using again

Save your hard earned pennies

Absolutely shameful. Took an age to come, not standard size, was way too big. Tried to return but they have refused a return due to it being a "special item" (a polo shirt 🙄)

Ordered 23 Jan no communication to date 6 fed. Tracking says at port. It appeared UK site - not. Did say delivery 3-7 working days.
As previous have said, if oversees will be small fit.
Avoid - pay more and buy from local store

ordered two weeks ago, was told it was shipped.

Fast forward to today, been told theres been delays.

Avoid this company at all costs. Shipping takes forever, and you will get no updates. Now worried my item wont fit like previous reviewers have said.

Its ridiculous that you can not contact this company via a phone number.

One star is one too many. Appalling. You get no prior warning that your items will take weeks to turn up as they are coming straight from a sweatshop in China, when you enquire where your delivery is you get ignored. My shirts finally turned up and the first one I get out had been stuffed into the packaging, presumably by a previous customer who was equally as horrified to find one sleeve at least a solid inch longer than the other and the collar to be lopsided. Didn’t even bother opening the second one because the first said all I needed to know. The sizing is absolutely nothing like the size guide on the website too. Then, I enquire about returning the faulty item to find out that I have to pay to return the item myself and get charged a return handling fee per item. What sort of Mickey Mouse company is this?! Owners sat around laughing with their size 18 shoes and red noses? Reporting to trading standards shortly.
