Golf Gentry.... Well I ordered a pair of really cool design golf pants. I ordered sometime in June of 2025. It's been 11 months. I'll let y'all know when I get them. 0/10 customer service. Broken English email, yes singular email. I heard from them once. No refund, no response, also no pants..

Bought a lot of knickers and berets and vest outfits that were pretty good after a little alteration but ordered a Canada blazer and pants order a 2xl because I like them loose and the pants 38 33 inseam the jacket won’t go over my shoulders and I step on the pants by 4 inches informed the company and still have no answer to my problem

I ordered several bright pink custom branded mens polos and womens sleeveless tops plus visors to wear to company events for our Team. The graphics turned out well on the tops and our brand on the visors looks clear and crisp. The quality & fabric are great and because I needed these in a short time frame- I e-mailed them to check that they were being/had been sent and that they were customized. They came back to me promptly with a photo of both the items and the printed address label although it seemed a different courier than the one noted delivered my items- not that it was an issue, just a bit confusing.
I was initially concerned because when I used "reply" in my emails to make this query- it seemed to divert to a different e-mail that looked "spammy" so I retyped the "info@.." address for one query and replied to the "spammy" looking one the second time & both got a response. I'm 99.9% sure the clothing is made, customized and sent from China but what isn't these days, right?
Anyway, the items arrived promptly and I'm very happy with what I got.

Complete scam. The customer service department doesn't exist. The website said to email support at golfgentry.com, which doesn't exist. Then I found info at golfgentry.com sent them email, after no response I attempted to email them again and it was then returned as no address found. The only response I got was from instagram private message and they have stopped answering me there as well. When you comment on their social media post about having an issue they remove the comments. This is a 100% shady company who advertise shirts shipped from the US when they are not they are all sent from China. Additionally on a previous order I got a used shirt. This company is a scam or at the least horribly ran. There is no information online about runs the company or anything. Very shady, should be avoided at all cost.

I’m absolutely obsessed with every single thing about these—this color is chef’s kiss, the fit is basically perfect, and the fabric is exactly what I was hoping for! Wearing them on the golf course has given me so much confidence. Thank you, Golf Gentry!

Just got the package, Perfect true to size, my size is XL

I just received several golf shirts, these shirts are as cheap looking as anything I have seen. The quality is very low. I wouldn’t recommend this golf gear to anyone.

If I could do negative stars, I would. Ordered a golf dress and a pair of mens golf shorts. After around 3 weeks I received an order with 2 tankini bathing suits. When I messaged them I was told that they didn't send those because they don't sell those products. I then sent pictures of the packing with the same tracking info. They told me that they were confused because they don't sell those. Regardless-make it right instead of arguing with me via chat! I still don't know if they are shipping my items or returning my $ or nothing at all. Horrible customer service and hard to communicate because of the broken english in the chat.

I was nervous ordering from them the first time. NGL. I have now placed three orders. I have only ordered polo shirts. All orders went really well. The clothes are cut true to fit. I needed XL and L along with one XXL. Each was properly sized. The fabrics met the expectations. The artwork and colors were very good for the prices I paid. The shipping was tracked at multiple steps and it followed the packages to my doorstep. I have worn my shirts from them a number of times. They wash well and have held up for the past four months. The ones I gave as gifts are reportedly equally worthy of re-buy.
