Patrick quickly checked our service and confirm that it was a minor drop in connection. He offered to keep the ticket live across the day to check to ensure this didn't happen again (which it didn't). He swiftly dealt with my query and we felt that we were in safe hands.

Where do I even begin with M247?
I’m no longer a customer — thankfully — but my experience with this company has been nothing short of appalling. After leaving, I noticed a series of spurious charges on my account. Despite my company only having seven staff members, I was being charged for 20 licenses of a product. When I raised this, I discovered that licenses had been added to my account without authorisation — by my own account manager, no less.
Trying to get answers was a nightmare. My account manager consistently took around a week to reply, and that’s only after I started CC’ing their entire sales and support teams. When I finally confronted them about the overcharges, they said they would “investigate.” That process took six months, during which I had to chase them weekly and file a formal complaint just to get basic updates.
They repeatedly told me the matter had been “escalated to the CFO,” yet every time I asked to speak with this CFO, I was met with excuses — “they’re in a meeting,” “they’re unavailable,” etc. It became clear I was being intentionally ignored. Eventually, they admitted they’d been overcharging me and owed me close to £1,000. Credit notes were issued — but since I’m no longer a customer, I’ve had zero luck recovering the money. I’ve chased their accounts team for months, and no one bothers to respond.
On top of the billing fiasco, the general attitude from staff was rude, dismissive, and totally unhelpful throughout my time with them. They’ve never been accessible or customer-friendly — not even once.
I strongly advise avoiding M247 at all costs - there are planety of companies offering the same service a lot cheaper and better. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the Ombudsman to hold them accountable and recover what they owe me. No business deserves to be treated like this.

I first heard about M247 from another company in our London office building.
They came highly recommended, and I was told they were very reliable.
I called and spoke to Dan, who was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. We had a very unusual setup in the office with a temporary setup, so I explained how critical it was for us to get a new line installed—and that we were on a tight deadline. A week after I signed the contract, the job was escalated to Nick Grayson, and I can’t thank him enough.
His communication was fantastic—some days, I received multiple emails and calls with updates. He was constantly chasing OpenReach and Sky for information, and he managed to get our line live within two weeks.
I’m so glad I decided to go with M247. I feel incredibly lucky that Nick Grayson managed this project; he turned one of the most stressful parts of office management into a breeze

Need Internet Fast
Today had my first experience of a great service and rapid deployment of an Internet Breakout circuit for my client based in Manchester. From start to finish found the can do attitude very refreshing. Special thanks go to the staff that helped me today Dave, Curtis, Lee, Damian and James…… certainly turned my day around and more importantly I have a very happy client again…. Highly Professional Team – Great Job
Joe and Ash have been on-site today to decommission the old equipment and install the new kit.
Their service has been excellent – clear communication throughout, and they completed the work on time despite a few logistical challenges.

I had a very poor service from M247 L1…
I had a very poor service from M247 L1 Engineers who dealt with this case, They were really struggling to understand a pack loss case and raise with Provider. I've explained the issue many time and still kept on asking the same question for 2 days. I had this to escalate to manager and they were not available. So asked this to escalate to L2 which they raised with vendor again to resolve the issue. Email send to account manager but had no response from him either. I asked issue to raised in priority and it was sitting in p3 for 2 day. No responsibility as taken for this case from the engineers. This was totally a poor service.
