Lyon Lighting Omdömen 

There was one time I ordered something from them, it was meant to arrive within 3-4 days but it didn't. A good week passed and I was still waiting for it.

So I decided to ring them and all I can remember was the guy's voice on the other end of the phone, he sounded like he was just out of bed or something or woken up from a very deep sleep. Anyway, I explained my situation to him about my item not arriving when it should have - he then told me that it was out of stock and that nothing ever left the warehouse.

So naturally the irritation started, I could nearly feel the steam coming out of my ears but I decided to remain calm. So the phone call ended with him telling me that "it shouldn't be too long now" so I accepted what he said and that was that.

Guess what? Another week passed, phoned them again, I believe the same guy lifted the phone who yet again sounded like he wasn't long away from dream world. We basically had the same conversation as last time - it was still out of stock!

Another week nearly passed - still no parcel - and I was about to call them for a third time but I knew that this time I probably wasn't going to keep my cool so I thought about it for a while. All of a sudden at some point during that morning I received a text from DPD, informing me that my parcel will arrive today... I was so releived to read that text on my phone because I was literally about give that poor guy a proper wake up call.

It took three weeks to get to my house - three weeks!

Will I reccommend Lyon lighting? I'm thinking... still thinking... Naa.

Ordered early October, order confirmed 6 weeks no communication from Lyon despite several emails, telephone line dead, read other reviews wish I had, will be contacting trading standards re this company

Order No 06350 for light tubes paid for but never delivered. Request for refund ignored. Attempts at contact thro' their email address always failed. All in all an experience not to be repeated.

Ordered and paid for 6 wall lights. after no delivery on the due date I tried calling them, but the line was dead!! They did not respond to my E-mails after 3 weeks with no contact from Lyon Lighting I was forced to get my Credit card bank to sort it out and they repaid me.
There was no customer care, no feedback whatsoever and I was left high and dry!!!
This company is absolutely useless and not even worth a rating. I hope nobody else gets caught as I was!!!

My order was immediately delayed by 2 months. Then i got an email saying they'd send replacements (when i asked for a refund.)
The replacements came THREE MONTHS after i'd initially ordered.
Then, all of the lightbulbs broke within 2 weeks of using them.

Then they ignored all correspondence and when i called i got the passed around to various staff, all who said it was someone else's job.
After posting the bulbs back i finally got an email saying my replacements had been sent out.
They never arrived.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I never received the goods I ordered and despite my best efforts, I could not reach them by phone. This is a cowboy outfit to be avoided.

Hats off to my credit card company, Barclaycard, who refunded me in full.

Title says it all

I cannot believe I am being asked to review this. I placed my order on Oct 3rd & it's now Nov 18th & I still haven't received my Lantern. The money has been taken from my bank account. I have phoned numerous times only to be told someone will call me back & that never happens. I have emailed & never get a reply. I would advise people not to use this company.

Placed an order which never arrived. Contacted customer services and was told it would arrive in a week. Still no order. Then tried to contact and was told somebody would call back. Never heard. Then constantly tried to call, email. Left messages and never received product or heard from anyone.

Never received my order or refund as I asked for I would never recommend Lyonlighting to anyone worst company I have ever ordered from

We ordered a lampshade in October and some 6 weeks later we are still waiting for it. I have asked PayPal to put a claim in for a refund as I have not had a reply to my email to Lyon Lighting.

I'm very disappointed.

This company takes your order and money but do not deliver items or reply to emails or phone calls. Big thank you to pay pal for getting my money back....
Order elsewhere folks

Placed and order and payed via Paypal.
I had a response saying delivery was delayed.
I chased and then received no reply.
Chased again no reply
I then had to claim back via PayPal
They did not even respond to PayPal.

Ordered two ceiling fans which never arrived. No response to emails or telephone calls - pay a bit more and use a reputable company!

Didn't deliver when expected, unavailable by email and phone. Never replied to emails, phone not answered.
Managed to recover money paid from my card issuer. Avoid!

ordered item in aug 2016. Have received about 10 emails telling me it's been delayed, backorder, delivered next week, etc, etc. Now company is unreachable. Bankrupt? I do hope so. I have received a refund through the credit card company.

abominable, very very bad

Very simple, avoid! Ordered nearly £600 worth of lights, nothing arrived despite constant emails/phone calls. Had to get my money back via the credit card company

PAID FOR 2 FANS DID NOT SEND. REFUNDED THE MONEY INSTEAD NO REASON WHY. WOULD NOT BUY OFF LYON LIGHTING ANY MORE
