Went in looking for my daughters 16th birthday present her first pandora bracelet.The lady who served me was lovely,patient and very knowledgeable unfortunately I didnt get her name showed me lots of charms spoilt for choice and bracelets eventually found the perfect ones one lucky daughter going to be very happy and one proud mum,Thank you again to the ladies your a fab team will definitely be visiting again.

A lovely shopping experience
Called in yesterday to the Beverley shop for a ring for myself. Was served by a lady called Leanne. She was so helpful and patient. Never rushed me until I found the ring I wanted. Such a pleasant experience. Luxe is fast becoming my favourite shop!

Shame I still have to give one star!
Shame I still have to give one star!! The staff really don’t deserve it. Elizabeth needs some serious training in customer service and how to speak to customers without being rude and disrespectful.
Not happy that a well thought about company is now somewhere I will definitely not be using again. Huge Rice was originally a brilliant store and somewhere I would send people wanting an A* service.

Good service, good prices, quick delivery. Sent my order back. Took a few days to get the return I sent back acknowledged, but when I phoned up the woman I spoke to was very polite and helpful.
