I always go to Luxdeco first when I want to buy high quality interior furniture and accessories. The have a great selection, and are always very helpful if there is something particular that I want.

Luxdeco is not a company to do business with, please do not purchase anything from this company.
We have purchased as a Trade Customer for our interior design business and they have failed to deliver the goods that was first ordered in June 2023 then, they have failed to honour a full refund of £3,321.52.
Despite our best attempts to contact their online customer service team and ask again and again and again for a full refund they refuse to refund our company.
We have now started a County Court Claim against Luxdeco.
Please note this company is clearly operating in breach of the Consumer Act 2015 and thus you are recommend not to trade with them.

To who ever reads this don’t make the mistake i made by not reading the reviews . I paid for a chandelier at the beginning of August and was informed after I had to reach out to them that they had delays from their suppliers. I have written 3 or 4 times and was apologised to nicely about the delays . I have cancelled my order TODAY and now looking forward to receipt of my payment that I made over 2 months ago . Fingers crossed that I will at least receive my refund in record time and that won’t have any delay .
But definitely not happy at all !!! with Luxdeco and wouldn’t recommend them as a vendor to anyone !!!!

This company is poor and I would not recommend them. I ordered several items and after months of waiting and being given the same lame excuses I gave up and demanded a refund . They do not understand the concept of customer service.

Twice I have tried to order from these guys and on both occasions the item was marked as in stock. Only after I paid did they advise that there would be months of delays and they couldn’t advise when it would be available. As a result I asked for a refund and on both occasions they did not refund me until I chased for this multiple times.
Do not recommend this company unfortunately

Placed an order a month ago for lights that had a 5 week delivery timetable. Chased for an update a couple of days ago only to be told that whilst the lights are expected to land at their warehouse facility on time, there WILL be another few weeks delay as they have had issues at the facility and there are severe backlogs.
I wasn’t notified of this issue until I chased. And when I asked if anything could be done so that the goods were shipped directly to me, I was told nothing could be done; unless of course I wanted to cancel. Except I’ve already waited a month for these goods to arrive to complete a project.
There is appalling customer service and communication given the supposed high-end nature of the business.

Same issue with everyone else. Delivery promised on Saturday. There was no delivery the rug was out of stock for a further two weeks. Requested a refund 2 week ago still not received supposedly the account team missed it.

This is the second time I have attempted to order from luxdeco. And exactly the same issue. They give a delivery date which is completely untrue. Take ages to respond then tell you the order will be at least another month. I strongly advise against using them.
Update after speaking today to chase they have told me they aren’t processing any orders as there’s a backlog in their warehouse. THEY WILL NOT HAVE ANY NEW ORDERS IN UNTIL NOVEMBER. They do not tell you this upon order.

My wife ordered a rug which was supposed to be delivered on 26th of September, still Luxdeco does not know when the delivery will be done.

2 weeks to receive Refunds
Bought a rug after seeing an advert on a Monday saying 'Buy now receive Friday'. Friday came and no rug. I asked when will it be in, they said they had none in the warehouse so I asked for a refund. I was told I had to wait 2 weeks for the refund. 2 weeks passed and today I am still waiting.
The following week there was the advert again saying buy now and receive Thursday. When I know they do not have that rug in stock.
What a quick way to build money and interest from the public without selling an item.
I cannot afford another rug until I receive my refund as I saved for that one.
I have stopped my company, friends and family from buying from these people again.
