Luna's Loft Omdömen

Excellent communication and very easy to order a voucher as a gift.
Many thanks!

Excellent products, and really friendly service when we met at Dogstival. There was quite a long wait for delivery as they were out of some materials, but I am sure that wouldn't usually be the case.

Love this company. Hannah was so easy to work with, enabled me to get exactly what I wanted. The product was beautiful!

We absolutely love LunasLoft, Hannah is so helpful when you have a question or just need help in choosing what is the right item for you and pet. The quality is fantastic and I have no complaints, every item I have had has been perfect, I’ve not had one product yet that have easily ripped or broken or even arrive with any problems. I highly recommend LunasLoft to anyone.

Amazing customer service, product made and delivered quickly, custom order. Really soft lead great for training lead for my Spaniel! Thanks hannah!

Absolutely beautiful! Love the colour! Material & workmanship top quality & a perfect fit. Will definitely be making more purchases in the future. 😀🐾🐾

Lovely products and kept informed at every stage!

Absolutely love our bandana. The quality is amazing and the attention to detail is perfect. Would definitely buy again from Luna’s x

Luna's Loft provide a range of fantastic quality products for humans and our furry friends. They regularly release new products and, if something is not to your taste/in the required size, they are happy to work with you to try and suit a product to your needs. Their customer service is second to none as is the quality of their products and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent quality and a beautiful design. The rope lead is very soft.

Fabulous goods, fair pricing, great communication

Outstanding products and outstanding customer service. Easy to contact with any problems (not that I’ve had any) and the products are amazing quality ❤️ Cannot recommend more highly!

Beautiful bandanas in quality fabrics. Excellent communication with customers.

Made my first order at Luna's Loft last month - a 'Let's Chill' lead for my Dachshund. The product is lovely, great quality and a fab colour too. I dropped Hannah an email to see how my order was going and she was really quick at responding and lovely.

Only thing I would say is it would be fab to know when the product is in production. The turnaround times are added to the website but it's just nice to know what stage the order is in.

I’ve ordered from Luna’s Loft several times now and all of the products have been really high quality and just lovely! Hannah is always really friendly and happy to answer any questions. Safe to say we will definitely be ordering more products in the future! :)

I got my pup 2 bandanas and a snood and I can honestly say the quality is amazing! By far the best bandanas I have ever owned and the snood is perfect. Will defiantly purchase again

I have SO much stuff from Lunas loft, some may say too much, but what keeps be going back is not just the incredible products but the totally amazing customer service from store owner Hannah. She really cares and spends a significant amount of time interacting with customers and finding out what they want. No one could possibly be disappointed by the quality of product or service you get from Lunas loft!

Love everything about Luna’s loft, gorgeous products, amazing customer service, lovely brand reps and Hannah is the sweetest person! She puts love and care into every since product!
