Found a piece of luggage at 20% LESS…

Found a piece of luggage at 20% LESS than other sites. Was apprehensive about buying it, since if "its too good to be true"....
However, got it as expected, on time.
Made me a believer in Luggage Pros.
Will absolutely buy from them again.

Amazingly Fast Service

When my trusty 30 in Samsonite Silhouette (aka Big Red) gave up the ghost after many years of years, I did my research and decided I wanted to replace it with the Delsey Chatelet Air 2.0 Trunk Spinner. I was about to buy it from a major retailer when I found Luggage Pros was offering it at a substantially better price. I placed the order on Sunday night and it was delivered Tuesday morning. What fast service! I look forward to using this suitcase but until then, will admire its style and beauty.

Luggage Pros were so attentive

Luggage Pros were so attentive. I ordered a piece of luggage that is being discontinued and is hard to find, but they were able to fill my order. They reached out directly to me to keep me posted. I was so happy to get this piece of luggage, and I appreciate their impressive customer care.

Great Experience and Quality Products

Beyond thrilled with my purchase from Luggage Pros. I got two custom suitcases and from design to delivery the process couldn’t have been easier. My order was delivered extremely quick and absolutely perfect.

Check ALL zippers!

I purchased a Travelpro spinner as a gift. My daughter went to use it for the first time 3 years later. She pulled the tags off and packed, and found the expansion zipper broken. Not the end of the world, but did not expect a brand new product with a broken zipper!

As a requirement for becoming a flight…

As a requirement for becoming a flight attendant, there is a long list of requirements in the luggage that is needed to be purchased. I went with one that was highly recommended by other flight attendants and the airline company I was hired by. LuggagePros had the best deal on the one I needed. Both pieces arrived within 3 days, brand new in boxes with originally packaging. Their customer service was prompt in helping when my card kept declining as well. I would 100% order from this company again when needed.

Updated review attached...

So far I’m disappointed! Ordered a Briggs and Riley bag 3 days ago with “three day shipping.” Still have not received a shipping notification! (My credit card was charged almost within minutes of my order.) I called this morning and was assured my luggage would be shipped out “today” and that I would receive a tracking number when it shipped. It’s now 11:23 p.m. and I still haven’t received a tracking number! Leaving on a trip Thursday. The person I spoke with today promised delivery by Thursday. Not going to happen.

UPDATE: Since posting the above I have had several communications from the vendor about my post. Although I still strenuously object to their practice of charging my credit card three days prior to shipping my merchandise, I am pleased to report that my bag arrived today. My initial reaction to the bag is very positive. It is to replace a heavier (20-year-old-and-still-in-great-condition) Briggs and Riley carry-on. It is not as substantial as my other B-R bags, BUT the weight is such an improvement. Anyway, I bought it to use as a carryon, so it should hold up just fine. I am especially happy to have found the bag on sale— very unusual for this brand.

We apologize for your frustration and any confusion. 3-Day Shipping is days in transit, not days to your door. Orders placed on Friday after 11pm (after office and warehouse business hours) are processed immediately the next business day, starting as early as 6am. We never make promises on delivery dates (all days are estimates as we do not have control over shipping carriers), however, all orders placed over the weekend shipped out and FedEx shows expected delivery for your's on Wednesday. We send tracking info to the email address listed on the order - please check your junk/spam folders. If you still need it, please email or chat us and we will be happy to provide it again.

I didn’t like the fact:

I didn’t like the fact:
1- free shipping inside USA and they are not mentioning that in main page where the at is.
2- they tell you sign in for notifications and get 10% I discovered that on second purchase and not the existing one.
3- two days passed and no tracking information or update if being processed or shipped or anything.
It’s over rated but I went through it as don’t have more time before my husband travel.
But, buying a bag and personalizing it at any printing shop way cheaper.

+ Orders placed on the weekend are processed the next business day. Monday was a national holiday, so your order was processed first thing this morning. Great selection and lowest prices

Luggage Pros had all of the brands and models of luggage that we were looking for. Their website was well laid out with comparable items and lots of images for each of the pieces that we shopped for. But we ended up purchasing from Luggage Pros because they had the lowest prices (it would appear that they almost always have some additional discount code as well).
We ended up purchasing 3 pieces of Travel Pro Crew 11 and oddly, only one of them included expedited free shipping. The other two had free shipping that took ~6 days to arrive. Products were exactly as expected and in perfect condition upon arrival. I will definitely be a return customer.

Stay away from this shop

Stay away from this shop. They cancelled my order because of fraud, They did not inform me about this by email before I have called them for information. When I asked them why they cancelled the order and how they want to help me they told me that I am not longer their customer, that they do not want to communicate any longer with me and that I should never call them again. I have ordered the item at B&H and got it for the same price within 2 days.

Your answer looks like you have sent an email and I did not receive it. This is wrong, I got the Email just after I have called you and blamed you not having received an Email. You did not offer any help and any explanation, only by reffering to your fraud system. Your reaction from the call center was totally unappaopriate and rude. You have not carried out an paid order and offered no help at all. What can be worse as a customer support??

This can be due to a number of reasons, including conflicting data set information and/or credit card restrictions. When contacted, we explained the situation, that the fraud protection system was in place for customer's protection and repeatedly apologized that we were unable to process the order. Unbelievably bad customer service.

Someone from your call center initiated a call to me telling me that even though the website had indicated that my order would arrive by March 28, that it would not. She then questioned whether I was telling the truth about what the web site had indicated. More important, she spoke to me in a VERY rude and condescending manner. After she continued to lecture and berate me, I cancelled the order. I’ve made several purchases from Luggage Pros, and I thought I’d found a great location to obtain quality luggage at a reasonable price. However, after this experience, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LUGGAGE PROS EVER AGAIN. Your rude insensitive call center person has cost you my business forever.
Please note that what Luggage Pros says below in their reply is simply an extension of the disingenuous and argumentative conduct of Luggage Pros customer service. The “rep” DID NOT apologise. She argued with me, talked down to me, and was just generally rude. This simply reinforces my decision to never buy anything from these people again. If this is how they treat people just trying to place an order, I can’t imagine what it would be like to try and deal with them on a return.
