Im giving Fareboom.com a one star for multiple reasons. It's true that they are cheaper, at least $200+ cheaper in my case. But Fareboom.com has the worst customer service. You can only speak to a real live person Mon-Fri during business hours. After that, you can only contact them via an email. They are also closed on Sat and Sun. So, if you have an urgent situation, you are doomed. In my case, I purchased my plane ticket through Fareboom.com on Friday before noon. When the charge to my credit card finally came through after 5PM, I noticed they have charged me $221 more than what I consented to. Of course, I couldn't get hold of anybody on the phone since they were closed. I emailed them through a suggested email on their website for emergency cases, but never got a response. I ended up cancelling my purchase. Only then that I got a phone call. What good is a deal if you can't get hold of anyone after hours, and on the weekends. And they don't even response to your email in an urgent situation.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.I been using them from 2019 but I had the worst recent experience.I booked through the website and I got the ticket via email .I received few emails saying my card was declined and I called customer support to find out what was going on.He confirmed my booking and resend the ticked to my email.Nothing was mentioned regarding card declining or anything similar.Knowing I have my booking confirmed I attempted to check in at the day of my departure and there was no tickets for us ,I had to purchase tickets an the spot paying double price just because THESE people NEVER BOOKED for us .STAY AWAY if you don’t want to pay double price for your ticket 😞😞😞😞😞

I’ve been buying my flight tickets from Fareboom for many years. I purchased a round trip business ticket with Turkish airline from Fareboom and Turkish Airlines cancelled the flights 3 months ago and I still haven’t received my refund. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a travel agency.

Fareboom took money from my account and has failed to return it. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this through emails and calls, but nothing has been properly addressed. Instead of helping, customer service has been unresponsive, dismissive, and at times unprofessional.

I have spent a significant amount of time trying to fix this issue, and it is unacceptable that I am still waiting for my own money. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and frustration.
To anyone considering using Fareboom: be extremely cautious. My experience shows that once there is a problem, getting help or a refund can become very difficult.

I really appreciate the price of the ticket.

So easy to navigate the process of booking a flight. Always giving a lot of good options. Competitive prices in comparison with others. I always book with Fareboom and each time I got satisfied with the outcome of my travel.

In year 2015 I bought a ticket and they treated me very well
