Sneaked in extra shipping costs
After ordering the suitcase, I noticed an "over sized handling" charge of $15. Why wouldn't this be mentioned in the shipping charges? Very disappointed in this company, and would not shop there again.

Honestly, I even chatted with ebags.com whom I had purchased from 3 times before and they wouldn't price match you so guess you've gained a new customer. Happy to be here, lol. Luggage Pro does not provide enough information I did not know that I would have to wait for my briefcase to be shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse which is located in another state 1,783 miles away if I would have known this I would have ordered the briefcase from the manufacturer myself and not with stupid luggage pro.

I would recommend the Luggage Pros. They are accurate, efficient and forthcoming. When the Spinner carry-on that I have ordered was damaged by delivery company the LP shipped me almost immediately replacement without waiting the return of the broken one. Decent job. I'm satisfied.

This should be stated when looking at luggage and is false advertising.

Fantastic service from these guys
Fantastic service from these guys. I ordered a Thule laptop bag and noticed a few hours later I'd ordered the wrong size. I sent an email asking if they could switch it for the correct size.
I got a response back a short while later (on a Friday evening after regular close of business no less) stating they'd handle it. My order got swapped out for the correct one and shipped on time with no delays.
Will definitely be checking them first in the future.
