Fantastic speedy communication. Lost item was found and recorded as lost within 30 minutes of contacting the office.
Unfortunately our flight had departed before item was found and our return flight arrived after the office closed which meant we could not collect item personally. However out lost item was delivered to out home address and arrived safely 2 days after we arrived home.

We went to Luton airport
We came to the shop to wrap our bike boxes. Rehka at the desk was lovely and helpful. De-Handre was very helpful and thorough to wrap our boxes. Thank you for making a stressful moment very easy

My daughter left her small carry on bag at terminal, we only notice when we were on the plane. We reported it to lost luggage and within hours they responded and had found the bag by the next day. Very fast and responsive.

When my father in law lost his holdall, Natasha & colleague went above and beyond to help, was kind and professional throughout. Thank you

I misplaced my bag at Birmingham Airport, and unfortunately, I did not realize it until I arrived home. I subsequently contacted the luggage service point through their website. I received a prompt and helpful response from Daria, who guided me through the process with great ease. I have since been reunited with my bag.

Daria was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience very simple clear and easy and we receive my child’s laptop in the time. I am very thankful to him.

Lost my phone bank cards and driving licence on the aircraft. Within 4 days I was able to pick this up from luggage point at Birmingham Airport. I was so pleased and the lady behind the counter today 15th June at 12.15pm was amazing thank you much.

I went to source of where I left my purse which was JD Sports & called the store. I spoke to the Assistant Manager called Anton who was very helpful, professional & efficient in me retrieving my purse. Before speaking to him I called the number to Luggage Point stated on the website but the line was down which Anton took the trouble to find out about so I emailed them & they returned the email answering my questions & were very helpful & reassuring - I got my purse, all contents intact the next day.

Returned from a great family holiday, to find I had didnt have my tablet, in a great panic I rang my daughter for advice. She told me to contact lost property department at birmingham airport, which I did.
I was contacted by Daria, from luggage point, who immediately sent the lost property form to fill in.
At that point there was nothing matching the description of my tablet, To my relief the next day i received an email from Daria to say a tablet matching my details had been handed in. After filling out the form and paying the fee and postage I received my lost tablet. So so relieved as there was a lot of personal information on there.

My mother had lost her hand luggage that was left on a flight that landed at Birmingham Airport. After contacting the airline, they passed us on to Luggagepoint who were very helpful in trying to locate the case. LuggagePoint kept me informed and up to date and helped quite a bit. They contacted me early hours of the morning to let me know that they had possession of my mothers case. The team at Luggagepoint Birmingham airport went above and beyondto help and I appreciate all they did.

The Luton guys were very helpful, mainly De-Andre, great guy. I'm only rating it 4 start because I found the cost of recovering my backpack too high (50 pounds including delivery in London)

The customer service was amazing, the person who helped was named Alex. They were amazing! They replayed fast, explained everything a couple of times until i understood. I foolishly left my granddaughter’s iPad at security. Both Sean and De Andre were brilliant and were superb at communicating with me both via ‘phone and email. Really understanding.
I can pick it up when I am back in Luton on Tuesday 10 June.

I promise I won’t do it again lol.
