Tried the site a little more recently after an initial dissapointing visit.
I have since changed my mind a lot. Bonuses have been generous and the customer service has already sped up and improved a lot. The site not only has bonuses, but also a bonus points shop on top, this makes it one of the highest bonus sites for relatively new depositors.

I have made a withdrawal and recieved it within 1hour and so that is good as well.

This has been the absolute worst casino all around I’ve ever played at and I’ve played a lot of them. They false advertise as an instant withdrawal casino but they clearly aren’t. I made several withdrawals only which 2 of them were paid for a small 25$ which showed up a couple hours later so I was like ok cool. when I went to make a bigger withdrawal of 954$ which still hasn’t showed up and i’ve tried getting help from their customer service. Who just give you the runaround in the same premade responses and close the chat on you. If the two small withdrawals that I made were paid out and in my crypto wallet within a couple hours, the same should be with the $954 withdrawal which was approved supposedly several hours after I initiated it. It’s now been several days and they keep telling me to be patient and if it doesn’t show up after five days to let them know well heck if it didn’t show up after a few hours, it’s never showing up. I’ve played at a lot of different instant withdrawal casinos, and never have I came across one as sketchy as luckyrollers. I contacted them several times asking them to look into the first withdrawal I made for $134 which because how complicated their withdrawal pages set up I had given a solana receive address for usdt currency that never showed up and am still trying to get help with. They have absolutely no problem taking your money when you make a deposit but if you win, which I did, I had one almost 5K but that doesn’t mean anything because they haven’t paid you can’t get any help at all. If you asked to talk to a manager, good luck all day have our premade responses apologizing for everything. I’m not sure if it’s bots. I’m chatting with or an actual person. Either way they don’t wanna help you. I had hopes that because I rose to level three in my account status and it shows that level three are supposed to have a VIP manager when I confronted them and ask them saying hey I’m supposed to have a VIP manager they asked for a screenshot showing my Level. I gave them all the proof which they should already know. And they just told me that I’m not a level three I’m a level two in their system, but in the screenshot I’m halfway through level three. Anything I’ve ever gone to the chat for has been nothing more than a spike in my blood pressure because they don’t know how to do anything other than give you the runaround and premade responses. I hope as many people can see this as possible so they know do not waste your money on this casino. They will not pay you out. You might get away with it if you’re betting or depositing five or $10 and cashing out with 50 but anything more than that good luck. There are several good instant withdrawal casinos, and this is definitely not one of them. After reaching out to them for the fifth time about why I haven’t received my withdrawal and why they haven’t looked into the $134 withdrawal which they approved to go to a receive address that wasn’t even the same cryptocurrency as what I was withdrawing. Don’t advertise as an instant withdrawal casino and then when a player goes to make a withdrawal and asks where they’re withdrawal is because it’s been a day and you still haven’t received it and they respond back to you and tell you to be patient and let them know after five days if you haven’t received it that’s not an instant withdrawal casino that’s a scam. A reputable casino wouldn’t treat their players like this and when you ask about your withdrawal, give you the same premade responses that it shows that your withdrawal was approved kindly wait five days. Players beware don’t lose your hard earned money at a casino that’s won’t pay you when you win. If a miracle happens and I do end up receiving the withdrawal, I will change the post and update it accordingly. It doesn’t change everything that I’ve gone through with their terrible customer service, but it would at write the wrongs to make a bad experience better.

I initaly deposited 75$ which was credited almost as soon as it was deposited which I liked since I was able to play immediately. I played for about 20 mins racking up about 900$ in wins and cashed out. Withdrawal took hours most likely because I was a new account but when I woke up the money was in my btc wallet.

They cancelled all my withdrawal requests and Set my Balance to zero. Do not consider playing there, they will 100% steal your money.

My first deposit hit my wallet and I was up and running. Started with roughly 120usd in Solana (ill continue in usd for simplicity). Spun 21 times on one game and won a little bonus of 150usd bringing my total to around 280usd in my wallet. When I came back on a couple hours later it says I only have 40usd!? I went through my gameplay(and took screenshots) and figured out what I should have had and contacted "customer support". I've been waiting ever since for my money and answers but have received none! That was 6-3-26, don't worry though as they have escalated my case 4 times!

Very bad first experience.I have sports free bets available in my account but can't use them because sports betting is not available for my location on this website.The chat support advisor didn't inform me regarding this before I deposited.Very disappointed with this website I thought it was a new website so wanted to try it out but they unfortunately scammed me bad.

Man wird nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht dass man einen "Einzahlungsbonus" bekommt, den man 40 mal umsetzen muss! Heißt das Geld ist einfach eingefroren, keine Möglichkeit es auszuzahlen.

Der Support ist unterirdisch. Keine Möglichkeit den Account zu schließen auf der Webseite! Man muss extra E-Mails schreiben!

Gewinnen kann man übrigens auch nicht wirklich.
