This is a scam, do not use

Bait and switch website, cheap chargers from China. NOT originals.

Ordered genuine charger, receive cheap copy. PayPal made me pay for the return cost to China before I got a refund.

Honestly, I thought the item would come from inside the UK, which is why I bought from them in the first place.
What I received came from China, as well as a completely wrong adapter. They advertise an original Dell Delta electronics adapter and they have sent me a LiteOn one. I have initiated an RMA, according to their return steps and even sent them a separate email a couple days later, but I still haven't received a response!

Save yourselves the effort of buying from here, it's going to be a mess to try and get my money back.

Very bad people took my money paid for a item and they sent me the wrong one they told me to send it back and I had to pay £20 to send back and the never received my refund very very bad people DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They are fiefs

They sent the wrong charger. I returned it and 2 months after no signs of a refund and paid for return postage too. Avoid if you dont want to waste money and time

This company is a fraud! It has been over a month and I have not received my charger or even a confirmation email acknowledging the taking of funds or the order placed! SCAM!

Shocking experience. Sent wrong product and wont send UK return address or provide refund now that I had to purchase product elsewhere. Disputing with Paypal now

Ordered a charger. However, after 30 minutes cancelled my order and emailed for a refund. Haven't heard from them since. Emailed them close to ten times.

Ordered a lenevo car charger from LPS, didn't receive it until 11 days later, i expected it to get delivered within a few days as i thought it was a UK company but when it didn't arrive i started doing some digging and saw all these negative reviews. I checked the website again and realised the delivery time was around 10 days so i waited. When i finally received it i was expecting a cheap fake but to my surprise it is an actual Lenovo car charger, feels and looks top quality. Only used it a day so far so will update if it doesn't stand the test of time.

I had a good experience from this site . My power supply arrived promptly, so no complaints here.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I cancelled the order with them which they agreed to do, after which I contacted them for a refund, absolute radio silence from them. Sent several messages to no avail, have opened a dispute to try get my money back. Daylight robbery! Appalling company - avoid, avoid, avoid!

Absolute time wasters. Sent wrong battery and now want me to pay postage for return. Dispute will be started if refund not immediate.

Look like it has cost me £42 - Paypal can't refund before I send battery back at my expense typically FedEx £77 which makes it unviable.

Suspect that wrong battery has been sent because correct battery not available, yet advertised, and they therefore make the sale and I can't get redress.

Time to stop buying from China - far too dangerous from this experience.

I recently used LPS GoPower to replace the power adapter for my Asus laptop. Having been asked to confirm my Laptop model I was advised by company "experts" that the cable I had ordered would not be compatible with my laptop and they recommended another (more expensive) product.
I maybe should have trusted my own judgement but I am not the most tech-minded and so naively believed a professional tech company would know their own trade.
More fool me - I have since been sent a cable with an incorrect jack size that of course does not fit my laptop and is useless to me.
I could accept an error in good faith and subsequently contacted the company to ask them to help me make good the situation. However I have simply been ignored. If I were a cynic I would suspect they are now dragging their heels through the 30 day return period as a swift look at the returns page shows a deliberately complicated process full of unnecessary steps.
I will edit this review if the company acknowledge my complaint, accept that their "professional advice" was faulty, and help me obtain the correct cable as their initial service seemed good.
However for now I can only advise avoiding this company at all costs.

Charger smoked when plugged into tablet. I have complained. No reply.

I purchased a USB charger and cable but found the connector didn't fit so immediately contacted Lps Gopower who procrastinated but eventually, after being pressed by PayPal offered a full refund if I returned it to them in China. The cost of doing so would have been £12.95 which is in excess of the original cost. Do not deal with these people, their customer service is dreadful and if they send you the wrong item bad luck!

Ordered two chargers in August. Attempted to return in sept, still no response

Ordered charger for my Toshiba laptop on 23rd December 2020.Arrived very quickly from China on 2nd January 2021! Fantastic service considering it was over the holiday period.Seller sent item very quickly and provided full tracking info.Also the best price I found anywhere.Can't understand all the negative reviews.Will definitely use again.Thanks for the great service!

Relieved to receive the product I ordered
I found the web site from a Google search for a specific product: 65W Dell power supply for Dell XPS13 notebook. Website is fairly functional and as others have said gives no obvious indication of its location - could easily be taken for a UK firm. Concern came when Paypal payment reference was to 'Christopher Power'. I then found this review site and feared that I had been scammed. I checked the tracking code provided - it seemed to indicate a Chinese courier but the tracking code didn't work. After 10 days my parcel arrived by Royal Mail and it looks to me to be a genuine Dell product, at least outwardly indistinguishable from the genuine article. Very please with that, perhaps I needn't have worried. Would have preferred to known it was coming from overseas and it is disappointing that the tracking didn't work but otherwise no complaints, but I take it from the other reviews at the time of writing that they are not meeting the expectations of a significant proportion of customers.

Absolute rip-off merchants. Wrong cable turned up despite giving all the codes from original charger. Was asked to send back at a cost to me, however no sign of a refund despite contacting them numerous times!!!
