Lps-gopower is a fake site. All the positive reviews here are written by the fraud people behind this site. Even, they have put some negative reviews (pointing to the bad quality of chargers) so that people fall in trap that atleast they do deliver products.

Awful company ordered a laptop charger and received a fake Louis Vuitton phone case and they still haven’t refunded me for the laptop charger which they never sent me. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I purchased a laptop charger for my Toshiba Chromebook, the website stating it was a genuine... once I had made the purchase and got the Chinese PayPal confirmation I got very worried that the charger wouldn't arrive or be a fake knock off as I read the reviews on this website...But, I received the charger within 6 days from purchasing (And that's including a weekend) and it seems to be genuine, having researched how to detect genuine/fake toshiba chargers, top quality and works perfectly on my laptop

Never received any item. Scam. AVOID.

No response to emails and company sent me the wrong charger. Bad customer service - avoid if you can!!!

I have received a wrong charger from this seller. I have asked for a refund and to return the item. The seller has than asked me to post the item to a different buyer and said that he would give me a full refund once that was done. I have done as he asked me and paid for the postage and posted the item to a different buyer in the UK. After more than a month I have called Royal mail and it transpired the address that he has given me was wrong and the item is lost in the sorting office in Bristol, as the value of it is not big enough I wont get it back or i cant get it redelivered. I have contacted the seller and after a long delay he asked me to get the item redelivered, whish is not possible. He is ignoring me since then. Overall, I am extremely unhappy with my experiance with this seller, as he has ignored me and i ended up loosing money when dealing with him. I feel like i was scammed by him.

This site sells counterfeit products! I ordered Dell power cables as they stated they were original but they were fake and didn’t work. I sent them back as requested then they stated they hadn’t received them. Don’t buy from them, it a waste of money.

Bought from them. It's the wrong connector, and now can't find their address for a return and refund. They are not answering emails!

After searching for a new cord. Then placing my order i only received a confirmation of my purchase. Not a tracking number! Thanks for confirming that u just took my money! I never receive an email with tracking number and after 2 weeks of waiting I call to find out that the number is not in service and looking more closely I see that the address is for Private.Ln... i knew at that point I had been took... after reading all the reviews I have completely without a doubt positively am sure that this company is a joke a scam and completely fraudulent. I dont sugar-coat a damn thing, so here is my honest opinion.. You Fu☆☆ing Suck LPS!! You are the complete definition of trash that prey on the honest hard working person who put trust in you to deliver for them. You are the scum that walks this hell! I believe in karma, and she (karma) has a nice dish of "u fu☆☆▪︎d up now u gonna pay for that" waiting on you..

This is an update from 5 days ago. Since then LPS have repeated their claim that the charger was a genuine Dell item and that they would send me a return address.

They have not. Neither have they responded to my request for a refund.

I have bought a new charger direct from Dell which is identical to my original and clearly different from the LPS item, which I am increasingly sure is a fake.

I will contact trading standards because this item is potentially dangerous, but since these people are out of the county (despite claiming to be UK based) I don't suppose there is much they can do.

Don't waste your time or money.

Do not use this company. I bought a new power supply for my monitor and after 16 days I messaged them, as I still hadn't received it.
Their response was, "I just check that the parcel was lost, I will apply refund for you.". That response was 20 days ago and I still haven't received my refund.

I have contacted (emailed) them 6 times over the course of these 20 days and I still have not had a single responce from them.

Please don't go any where near this company. They are a scam. I now am going to have to go through VISA and my bank to try and get my money back.

Poor at getting back & confirming order details, missing item & no confirmation of signatory.

Really average experience - had no sense how long it would take for the adaptor to be delivered to a UK address before making the purchase - it ended up taking nearly three weeks. The company offers no real customer support, only an email address which - rather remarkably - does actually reply with unhelpful 3-word answers.

Confusion upon delivery as well. In sort, very stressful.

Ordered ‘genuine’ lenovo laptop car charger for £25 from a UK based company and recieved a copy charger that gives out the wrong voltage and was shipped to me from china!! Scam Company,Avoid at all costs

Dont go near them!
Cancelled the order after about 5 min of making the purchase (well within 14days) but no refund given and they never reply to your enquiries. The bank needed to assist to resolve the case and got all the money back that way.
China based scam looking to rob your money!

I am normally a really cautious person and check website reviews before purchasing but of course the one time I didn’t, seemed like it was going to end in disaster but this wasn’t the case! I received an email with tracking reference as soon as purchased and was able to then follow the journey of my parcel as it came from China. I ordered on the 14th April and received it 29th April which is an impressive turnaround considering even parcels in Uk can take longer than that due to issues surrounding COVID19.
The item was the official Acer charger and works perfectly! I can see looking at all the negative reviews that a lot of people have had a bad experience with this company but I wanted to make sure I added my review as I had a really positive experience with this company

Stay clear of this site. Cancelled my order within half hour of placing due to ordering wrong part. Received cancellation confirmation the following morning. No refund issued. Contacted several times before they stopped responding to my emails. Had to open dispute with PayPal to get refund. Took a month to get refund.

Like I can see now The same happen to me. They send wrong charger and they saying that is suppose to be given to them laptop model not the charger model. I was waiting 3 weeks for it and came wrong. . really bad company do not use it as they do not look like that they want to sort the issue out.

After accidentally breaking the cable for my monitor on Friday afternoon and your delivery estimate being 4-12 working days, having it arrive on Monday afternoon was fantastic and I can continue to work from home comfortably.
