We had our underfloor heating system installed with loxone capacity 5 years ago and we are still trying to resolve the ongoing, do whatever you want actuators temperature wise, result. The actuators are a nightmare, several have failed and had to be replaced and the rest just do whatever they want randomly as opposed to what is being asked of them. They have caused e hours of frustration and upset, we are either par-boiled or frozen. I was not surprised when our fabulous contact for the system informed us that he has recently been swapping out Loxone actuators for more basic ones as they run the system efficiently and as requested, nor that Loxone have recently changed/upgraded their actuators. A whole heap of money at approx £80 per actuator for a system that cannot be controlled. Would never recommend.

As an AV and automation integrator company with over 20 years in the business, we have our choice of companies to use for our automation projects. Loxone has always been great, the products just plain work and the support is fantastic when we need it.

Dealing with Loxone US is like working on a house project with that best friend that just loves helping with anything!

Ein im Auftrag von LOXONE-Wäschenbeuren- tätiger Elektro-Geselle, der eigenständig bis zur (behördlichen) Abnahme nichts abschliessend installieren konnte, errichtete die Smart-home-komponenten in einem 9-Familienhaus-Neubau in 55218 Ingelheim.
Er agierte nicht Kunden-orientiert, d.h. installierte erst Monate später in einer zur Vermietung vorgesehenen Wohnung LOXONE gebrauchsfähig!

Die Gerätschaften sind anfällig, was u.a. auch daran liegen mag, dass die LOXONE-Komponenten nicht aus einer Hand sind, sondern die Anlage über ein IPad zu steuern ist, das nach 7 Jahren viel zu früh defekt ist und für einen völlig überzogenen Preis ausgetauscht werden muss! Hinsichtlich Kulanz zeigt sich LOXONE abweisend. Die Anlage kann mit diesen technischen Parametern keineswegs empfohlen werden!

As a partner, some companies are slow to offer support. With Loxone, not only is it easy to get in touch with a real life person when support is needed, but they are always eager to jump in and help get things done.

The system has some great features but there are limited number on qualified installers and the company is not very helpful in resolving issues. System does have some integration issues with HAVC equipment and it's difficult to figure out how to fix or program scenes (tried to eliminate lights coming on during night due to presence detection--no go) probably better to investigate systems with better support. It like choosing the Beta max of home automation (I'm dating myself--but VHS became standard with Beta Max ending up a pile of rubbish)

Loxone, la peggior domotica che abbia mai visto, lasciate stare

Ich war am Anfang begeistert von Loxone. Nach nun 2.5 Jahren mache ich nun Bilanz. Meine Frau regt sich nur noch auf über das System. Möchte am liebesten wieder eine herkömmliche Installation. Da ich doch so viel Geld für das System bezahlt habe, werden wir wohl damit leben müssen. Nur paar Beispiele:
- Schalter mussten bereits 2 Stk. ersetzt werden
- Miniserver ist bereits der 2.te, auch bereits ersetzt
- Im Moment geht die Lautstärke beim Touchpanel im Tisch nicht
- Der Miniserver ist immer überlastet
- Intercom klingelt mit Verzögerung auf dem Mobile, sprechen ist nicht möglich
- usw.

Schon Stunden habe ich mit dem Techniker vor Ort verbracht mit Einstellungen. Auch ein Spezialist war bereits vor Ort.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Loxone, zumal das die Installation doppelt so viel gekostet hat als eine herkömmliche Installation. Zusätzlich wird der Techniker auch jedes mal bezahlt

The training course is at a fast pace but the trainers are helpful in returning to previous topics.
The class was held together well without disruption and equaled a working day with someone available from 8am right through to 5,30pm . No one expects you to be an expert, that is why there is second to none support. Looking forward to my first installation which is on-going. Thank you Team.

Von der Klingel ist absolut abzuraten, zu leise auf dem Handy Zusatz Klingel im Haus zu groß Lösung über Steckdose angeblich nicht lieferbar, fachbetrieb kennt sich nicht aus scheinbar doch zu komplex - habe es leider für viel Geld eingebaut würde es definitiv nicht mehr machen - ohne Fachbetrieb nicht veränderbar -
