Bernard here….Loves in ga off exit 129 is a shit show. Went for a tire at 8 pm at 10:30 they said I had to wait till the morning then I went to TA and got it changed that night. Called the next day and the manager sided with the workers. All full of SHIT! Bypass em …. Horrible

For the last 78 months, I have been traveling interstate 40 for about 800 miles and all the time that I have traveled back-and-forth every time I stop at loves they are absolutely filthy. There’s one I stopped at every toilet was on flushed and it was crap and toilet paper on the floor floors loves truck stops are the filthiest places in the country with the exception of one the loves truckstop in Clovis, New Mexico what a shack I went in there and the restroom was clean never before if I seen that in a loves and I complimented the employees and I wanted to leave a comment for the company, but they won’t even let me do it so I’ll do it publicly.

I don't like the fact that drivers cannot stay in the comfort of their own trucks while in the shop or outside bay, even when tech isn't working on truck. They expect us to just hang out in their fast food restaurant on those hard plastic benches or chairs, even though sometimes our trucks are in shop up to 8 or more hours sometimes. Loves do not provide a driver's lounge as some of the other truck stops does and so drivers are uncomfortable either in loves waiting room or restaurant in main bldg for however long it takes. How hard would it be for them to put an empty trailer in one of the spots and put some comfortable chairs a d A/C & heat. Drivers come in tired and spend most of their 10 hr break in uncomfortable conditions and have to start back driving a couple of hours later while loves charge their company a bunch of money for work done to trucks. No concerns for drivers while truck in shop.

I recently stopped into a Loves in Texas and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the people were. I felt like I was at a family members home. Well, if I had family. LOL. It remonded me of what people call southern charm, like in Georgia. Well I recommend Loves, the bathrooms are clean, showers are hot, and the drinks are refreshing. I also recommend the Berry Blast..

Loved my experience even though i've never been. Carlos was the freindliest kind soul i've ever spoke to. Highly recommend this place for gas. Loved it !!!!

Loves factoring is horrible. My rep Clarissa is disrespectful, rude and very sarcastic. The only time she was nice was when we signed up. The only positive thing I can say is they can get my money from one of the most difficult broker to get money from.

Loves is a very irresponsible place to work. Food service hours for the help are very low. And they don't set up a w4 for you. You have to do it on the computer which may be your phone. They want you to do the stuff while you are on the clock supposedly working. They give hours out to adults like they are kids. Don't work for them.

I took my truck in for an oil change on my working apu and now it do not work and they will not responsible for what went wrong.
I have reach to them several times still with no real action behind it.

I bought gas at store #785 today. The employee scanned my barcode and it beeped so I thought cool. I went to the pump and it didn't give me my 10cent discount per gallon . After pumping gas, I went inside
to ask why. The manager was called, she came out defending herself. I asked about the discount. She checked the register and said "you didn't scan a barcode. I said yes I did and the employee verified that I did. She flamed out stating that she didn't care and there's nothing she could do. I told her that the Attorney General's office would like to hear this fraud case . Possibly millions of discounts not getting to customers nationwide. I will go back to Speedway to get my gas and coffee. They give out discounts beyond 10 cents/gallon. Your store is closer to me, but Speedway has more stable employees and always nice. 10-4 out.

As a truck driver, I think loves have stepped away from looking at the drivers views. They’ve cut the showers completely off so if you don’t use them in seven days, you lose them love fails to realize that a lot of drivers cannot stop or use the shower every day the prices are gouge as far as food. The merchandise they carry for drivers is ridiculously high. They give no breaks to driver whatsoever anymore. They have gotten big and they have lost reality and touch and compassion for the drivers. This is why I will quit using love from now on. I will take my business elsewhere.

Been a year since GM Luis Cruz threatened me with a G. U. N. Company never reached out and clearly doesn't care about their employees. I wouldn't let anyone I care about work at this Loves. He threatened after I called him out for watching employees OF (after he fired her bf) and then bragged about it to workers. GM was sleeping with the RM while her husband worked under him. Sad I wasted 2 years of my life training for R.A.M just for that guy to come along and literally do whatever he wanted. Set up his own personal cameras and was just a creep the whole time. I feel sorry for his wife out in Arizone that was just getting cheated on for a year.Store 733

This is drama constantly , the gm is extremely rude and toxic,
They only give 30 cent raises and if you ask more money they treat you like your crazy

At loves #724 Lake City, FL gas truck stop the gentleman working the register was so kind, polite and welcoming to everyone who entered the store. Store was clean and stocked. It makes a big difference when employees are pleasant and respectful. That’s where I want to spend my money.

This company is a horrible place that takes advantage of common people. So I attempted to get gas at the pump. Put my card in and did not work so went inside to pay for it. They STILL put 175 dollar hold on my account and refuses to do anything about it. They know what they are doing. Rotten to the core. They have now caused 2 bills to bounce and they said oh well! Who cares if your electric goes off in 29 degree weather. Not our problem. What happened.ro you??

I called for a price to fill 100lb propane tank and they wanted to charge me 300.00 dollars they think 100lbs is 100gal tank try training your employees so they have a clue

All I wanted to do is park so I can use the dog park and go inside and get a drink and some foods to continue my trip. I wish I could attach pictures. Every spot for parking are for employees only and in front of the store, every spot taken by cars with the word " employees only" hanging inside the car from the mirror! I just turn around and left! I will not be using Love's again!

Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers. The female manager is the very worst i seen in a long time. Add on, the staff member who come out to fill my propane bottles, hostile, rude. Other employees said, well he got many complains...

Is this the way to run a business? Do truckers deserve to be treated like shit? No more
