Orchids arrived very well packed,Healthy and in good condition, Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic orchids....several orders later and am still impressed. If things do go wrong tbey go above and betond to sort out.

The orchids were OK. I was expecting better quality from a proper orchid retailer.

**Updated** The team apologised for missing the date, refunded delivery and the orchids were delivered today instead of yesterday.

Paid them for DPD, and no delivery confirmation. Contacted, no response. I emailed Love Orchids to ask if the orchids had been dispatched and again received no response, which makes me think they've taken my £4.99 extra for nominated delivery, and will just send it out snail mail instead without telling me. I'll update this review as the order progresses.

I was sent an orchid by a friend of ours, the orchid did arrive in a well packaged box however the orchid had snapped in transit. I have tried several times to contact the customer service who eventually said I could have 10% off another orchid, so I am left with an orchid that is half the size it should be and they want me to spend more money with them, unbelievable. The customer service is shocking I would avoid this company.

My third order arrived and contained four beautiful orchids of varying colours. The plants looked healthy and the service was exemplary.
One star lost for the damage to two of the orchids presumably by the delivery system, which cost them some of the flower buds.

Orchid was good quality and well packed, but delivery is shocking. They say 3-6 working days then don't send out until end of day 5, so no chance of delivery on time. Makes no difference if you explain the order is for a special occasion to arrive on a certain day

Worst orchids I have ever bought . nothing like website photo Tiny miniature orchid for a very large price ,,.
first time I had used this company - DO NOT use them you will not receive what you have paid for and thought you had ordered . Waste of hard earned money
Hate website like this . Just be honest about what you sell Even supermarket orchids are better and cheaper than these . Other reviews are awful
Should have read them before I bought

One star is one too many. I wish I had read these recent reviews here before ordering. My wife has used the company several times so I didn’t check the reviews. I ordered and paid for a timed delivery. The delivery day arrived but no orchids or shipping confirmation. I emailed and was told that my order had been packed and would be delivered the next day ( a day late) but no shipping confirmation! Two days later no orchids! I then get confirmation that my order is about to be picked, the same order that had been picked and shipped two days earlier? I emailed again and was told DPD hadn’t provided a tracking number, NOT POSSIBLE! As soon as you book a consignment you are issued with the shipping number. If you have issues inform the customer, don’t make up lame excuses. You have lost me as a new customer and my wife as an existing customer!

Given 3-5 day delivery estimate. Not even dispatched after a week and no communications at all about status. If there are problems, advise the customer and we can then advise the recipient. Important birthday now missed.

Ordered a gift said 3-5 days delivery. Not even dispatched after a week. Was told staffing problems will send it asap, said this no good and considering cancelling for refund so advised would dispatch tommorrow. Doesn't look like this has happened as I've had no notification. Terribly disappointing as they have let me down with an important gift!

Was impressed with the service prompt delivery.
Was so disappointed with my orchid . For what it cost was a poor show very small I did not know it was a small orchid . It was for my husbands funeral service .
Was to poor to put on show . Would not use again .

Delivered quickly, well packaged, beautiful plants, my only criticism is that there are very few buds and almost all flowers are already open.

Ordered a lucky dip of 4 mini orchids for £20 and they are excellent. Got a mixture of colours and then were well packaged. Very pleased with my purchase and will no doubt order again in the future.

My sister ordered the four mini orchids for £20 and I was so impressed I ordered some myself. Although I had to wait until they were back in stock, it was only a couple of months. I decided to order the four pink ones. The quality of the orchids was fantastic and I was very pleased to receive them in excellent packaging and looking extremely healthy.

When this company started selling direct to the public back in 2020, they were fantastic - especially their 4 mini orchids for £20 bundle - superb value.

But then that bundle has been 'out of stock' for most of 2021 - they seem to have branched out into much more expensive orchids with pots etc (which are always in stock).

Then last week the £20 bundle were back in stock, I ordered a few of the 'Lucky Dip' (variety of colours) but was very disappointed - when they arrived all 12 were identical in colour.
Now I know they don't guarantee which colours you receive, but surely the person who picked my order could have mixed them up a bit and sent more than one colour!

It's a real shame because I regularly ordered the mini bundles not only for myself but for friends and family for birthdays, thank you gifts, etc. But my experience with the latest order (and the delay in despatch - normally they are sent next working day, this time it took a week to send out the order) has put me off ordering again. I shall probably go back to buying my orchids from Ikea again.

Loved them when they used to offer 4 orchids for £20 and we were a great fan. Then they got greedy and started to only sell them in baskets or pots and always listed the orchid bundle without pots as “out of stock”. Why change a winning format that works and lose sales and risk bad reviews. Bring back the mini orchid bundle!!!
