Really helpful customer service. Took a while for my discount code to be accepted but the orchids were then dispatched really quickly and arrived just 2 days later, in perfect condition.

Beautiful beautiful orchids arrived within a week so pleased with them I choose the 4 £24 offer to give to my daughter and friend for helping me when I broke bones in my foot and also a treat for myself,they are beautiful flowers packed carefully. The 4 pots had 2or 3 stems and 1 has 4 which in the shops cost a lot more.This is not my first order and each time I’ve been really happy pleased .

Beautiful orchids delivered to my door. I have used this company a few times now, and each time the lovely plants have arrived in the specified delivery time, and carefully packed so ot damaged. The plants are healthy and my previous ones have reflowered several times. Totally recommended if you want to treat yourself or as a special gift.

Over the years I have bought many orchids from this company and never been disappointed. The latest delivery of four was the best yet - mini orchids, excellent colours, growth and health. Packed in recyclable paper and a stout cardboard box - none of the plants had moved or compost disturbed. I recommend them highly. Customer service and speed of delivery excellent.

Ordered a hoop orchid for my mums birthday end of August which was in green pot, on arrival pot was pink and no card included. Luckily as i was giving this to my mum i could advise who it was from. However on return after 2 week holiday all flowers have died / leaves in poor condition have written two mails to love orchids with no reponse - so disappointed with the product and after care service

I purchased 4 large double stemmed orchids back in March and they were fantastic. Decided it was now time for another 4. 3 of the 4 were pretty good but the yellow one is not very large and flowers are sparse. Hope it may pick up but slightly disappointed with this 4 in comparison with first order. Well packaged plants that look healthy though

Ordered 6 mini-orchids and made a special request that they should be matching. Instant reply from Hannah that of course this would be done. Orchids arrived all matching but box damaged and, after three days, several buds on every plant went brown/yellow and some dropped off. I have emailed, messaged and tried calling their other nursery, Double H, to no avail. Absolutely no response to date.
Just after I had written the review above, I received a communication from Love Orchids apologising that their IT had been out of action and offering to replace the orchids I had purchased. These arrived on 20 September and are beautiful, so I assume it was a glitch in their system and would definitely give them the benefit of any doubt and order from them again.

Love my orchids! I ordered 5 double stemmed orchids and they arrived in perfect condition. The colours are fantastic and the packaging is great. I’ll definitely buy again and again.

The orchid, when received, looks very nice from the picture I was sent by the recipient. But there was no message with it which is very poor. I wrote a considered message of condolence to a bereaved friend and it was not passed on with a card. The company say it's a blip in the system, possibly because I paid using PayPal? A 10% refund was offered, which I have ignored. I wanted my friend to have an orchid and a heartfelt message, half of which was not sent.

Ordered yellow orchids but came off white. why advertise yellow or blue why offer colours if they are nowhere near that colour. Also firgot wrapping paper, to say a small buisness, attention to detail should be paramount. Very dissapointed

Arrived perfectly packed and on time with DPD. Very happy with my order :)

DPD nominated delivery used to arrive as a gift for a 1st wedding anniversary.. 3 updates from DPD on delivery day, the final one at 19.57 on a Friday night saying delivery delayed and will be delivered on Monday.

The present has not missed the occasion and unsure what condition it will now arrive in having been delayed (travelling to the destination depot, being there over the weekend having spent Friday on a van, not being delivered and then returning to depot.

No telephone number to contact Love Orchids and no response from email. The late arrival is bad and then not knowing what condition it will be in when it arrives is not a good experience

Very disappointed, the box was all split and very poorly packaging as not supported in box which was far too big for the product. Also all white flowers had been pressed against support sticks which were damaged and all black marks over flowers.
Wish has read the other 17% that have given a rating of 1 and then would not have bothered wasting my money.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered 4 by twin-stemmed tall orchids. The package arrived this morning. My wife and I could not be more pleased. The orchids were well packed and in a much healthier condition than the orchids that we looked at earlier this week in a nearby nursery. Pleasingly all the orchids had flowers and buds so we should have a display for weeks to come. The orchids now have pride of place in our living room. Will most certainly order again.

I ordered the 5 mixed orchid collection, two plants were for gifts and 3 for me. They arrived quickly, extremely well packaged, and in perfect condition. There were three different purple/ mauve plants, one yellow, and one white.
They were all lovely, and the white one has so many stems and flowers that I’m keeping it.
I’ve ordered several collections of orchids for presents, as well as for me, over the past few years and they have all been perfect, and well received.
Why send a bunch of flowers that will only last a couple of weeks, when an orchid will last so much longer?

Orchid cost over £29 - what I received was only a 4 inch bloom

Ordered 4 mini orchids. Arrived in poor condition. Clearly packaging had been thrown about in transit despite paying a whopping £7 delivery fee to ship not far from Hampshire to Kent. Petals broken off and loose pot filling in box. Packaging and shipping needs a major upgrade. If you're going to charge such high shipping fee's at least use a decent delivery company. After a week orchids starting to lean over despite a support stick and correct placement.

Ordered 12th January as an engagement present. Delivered 17th January.
Sent email to love orchids on 30th January discussing the issue with the orchid and including pictures of the problem.
Would someone please answer my email. I'm concerned I spent alot of money for something of inferior quality and am being ignored.
