My wife ordered two Blissford Deluxe Orchid Centerpieces as presents for relations. She loved them so much I placed an order for one to give to het for Christmas. This was on Thursday before Christmas and the website stated that one day delivery was not an option to our post code. I contacted Love Orchids to ask if I was likely to receive it before Christmas. It arrived the next morning. Could not believe it. Can’t thank them enough for this amazing service. And the Orchid Centerpiece delivered was as stunning as the two previously delivered. Needless to say my wife was really pleased to receive it.

I ordered 4 mini orchid s from here for a friend s birthday the quality of them was amazing and packed very well ,l brought them on a deal and l couldn't believe the price of them definitely excellent value , l would recommend them 100%

Ordered my 6 double orchids ,they said it went to my other address and was not delivered and sent back to love orchids
My both addresses where identical but one had a different postcode yet never in three years has my other supposed address been delivered to because it clearly did not exist,as the post code proves,and was charged £60 for the none delivered
orchids,appaulling service ,and very hit and miss on the state of the orchids arriving ,as the carrier would deliver the orchids up side down and a lot of damage over the three years to which I kept to a minimum as the owner was ultra sensertive
and stood by his useless courier company

Great product. Bought to replace the orchid that died after ten years, so this one has got some going to catch up. But the wife is over the moon with this replacement. I’m happy with the ordering process, the times of the delivery, and the packaging.

Superb Mini Orchids! Not a petal out of place (very well packaged and orchids were all in full bloom and quite big actually. SO very impressed!

Amazing orchids which travelled well and arrived within the stated time. They are well protected and a joy to open. The mixed collection are fresh, healthy, beautiful and last ages as they have plenty of buds still to come out. In fact my March collection are all flowering again. Delightful !

I ordered a beautiful orchid and chocolate gift box from Love Orchid in the UK for my daughter's birthday in London — I’m based in Israel. The delivery arrived right on time, and the courier was responsive and followed the delivery instructions perfectly. The orchid was in excellent condition upon arrival, and even now, two months later, it still looks great!

Ordered an orchid to be delivered for a 40th birthday present. It arrived on the day and in great condition, flowering and with buds still to bloom. Very pleased.

Mu beautiful orchids have just arrived. The packing is amazing. I had ordered 6 large ones and not one flower had come off during shipping.
The plants are full of buds and flowers and look fantastic. Wonderful company to deal with.

I’m afraid that I can’t recommend Love Orchids.

I ordered an orchid for a friend’s special birthday. I paid for specified day service (5 days away).

On the day that the item was supposed to be delivered, there was no sign of the delivery at 3pm (I checked DPD app). I tried to contact Love Orchid. They are not contactable by phone, so I emailed. They finally responded at 9:38 the following day, with a bland apology and refund of the additional same day delivery. I felt that this was the bare minimum.

I have asked for the reason for the non delivery of this important item and have not received a reason. They have not replied to my putting this in to a complaint either.

The orchid arrived the day after and whilst it a nice orchid, the failure in service would mean that I would not use them again. An acknowledgment of the issue with a small refund on the item or money off next orchid would have gone a long way.

We received a wonderful Christmas surprise from a good friend in New Zealand, an orchid from Love Orchids complete with instructions. We followed all the instructions carefully. As time progressed the orchid began to drop its flowers until our orchid died less than eight weeks after we received it. I contacted the company only to be informed the order was outside of the company's guarantee period. We now have the unenviable task of informing our elderly friend in New Zealand who always asks about the plant's health, she will be devastated. We have successfully grown orchids over the years and this is our first casualty. In future we will always buy from a traditional street based florist, this will also save the excessive packaging required for an online purchase.

I ordered 6 twin stemmed orchids and was really delighted when I opened the box. Firstly they were packaged so well - no damage and, most of all, no dropped buds or broken stems which is always a worry.
I grouped them together and they look really beautiful.
I can only praise this company for the really healthy plants supplied and I will only ever buy orchids from them in the future.

I ordered an orchid for my orchid wedding anniversary so was an important gift. Unfortunately the plant was badly damaged and only had a few buds remaining. To their credit they reacted quickly to my complaint and sent a replacement. However, the ceramic pot on the replacement was broken into a number of pieces on arrival. In short, the gift and the occasion was ruined by a flawed model (either poor packing or courier services) so I cannot recommend this service for someone looking for a painless gifting experience.

I ordered a pale pink orchid and received a purple one, as this was a treat to myself I was excited when the parcel arrived looking forward to my birthday treat, and to find a PURPLE orchid ( I dislike purple intensely in anything) I was extremely upset. Informed the company when they emailed if I loved my orchid, told them and have not even received an apology. So much for my 84th birthday gift to myself. I have ordered a lot of orchids from this company, but never again, will now find another orchid company as I like to give orchids to my friends.

Have just wasted 15 minutes trying to order orchids on line for my grandson's girlfriend. Had to keep re-entering details again and again as billing address different from delivery address. Wouldn't accept discount code. Kept changing method of delivery. And I am good at this stuff. Such a pity as I've heard the orchids are lovely.
