Ridiculous return process
Trainers were ok but small so had to send back. No free postage label is provided which is very common these days. I completed the return form and packaged up the trainers with said form, then tried to get the postage label online only to find out that the order number needed is on the return form and not on the emails received when placing the order!!! Totally ridiculous!!! Ended up paying for postage at the post office as lost the will to live doing their refund process. Still haven’t got a refund.

Shoes are very small
Shoes are very small, they don't let you size up and you can only do returns to then get your money back then buy another pair BUT you only have 14 days to return your item. Mines was a gift so it was a complete waste of money. I have been so excited to try this site for many years but I would avoid it if I was you. Don't let glittery things draw you in.
