this is our first time booking a cruise , we were thinking of booking on website but instead phoned through and spoke to matthew , he answered all our questions reguarding the 6* miami regent cruise , talked us through our cabin choice . he was able to make the booking for us there and then and also explaned other helpfull things we forgot to ask about , this was in our opppinion great customer service , thanks matt,

Booking our South American cruise
Dealt with Matthew Hawkins. He had a very nice manner and nothing was too much trouble. He explained all our options for the holiday clearly and again with an amiable manner. All in all a very nice experience. Thank you Matthew, you deserve your 5 stars!

Beware booking early and subsequent price reductions
The booking process was fine and we were well looked after by Mark, he answered all our questions and was very helpful
My words of caution would be to be careful when booking ahead with LoveitBookit. We have a med trip booked with them on an NCL cruise. Since we booked (7 months ago), the price of the cruise element on the NCL website has dropped by £2000 EACH and LoveitBookit will not budge on price. We’d have been much better off booking direct with NCL. It’ll be our first and last trip with them!

We are, however, sorry that you have been left disappointed by the pricing of your forthcoming holiday.
As we have explained, your booking was made as a package with LoveitBookit under one of our special price-protected allocations. This means that the price agreed at the time of booking is protected against subsequent increases, but equally it is not automatically reduced if individual elements of the holiday are later advertised at a lower price.
We would also like to clarify that the £2,000 per person reduction mentioned in your review is not reflective of the actual reduction on your booking. Your holiday includes a number of elements as part of the overall package, and comparing the current cruise-only price shown directly by the cruise line with the price originally paid for the complete package does not provide a like-for-like comparison.
With your departure now less than a month away, we have looked at whether there is anything further we can do to assist you. At this late stage, cancelling and rebooking the arrangements would incur substantial cancellation charges which would outweigh any potential saving available.
We completely appreciate that seeing lower prices advertised can be frustrating. Holiday prices can fluctuate considerably depending on availability and demand, and booking earlier provides the security of having your chosen holiday and arrangements confirmed at the price available at that time.
We are sorry that this has affected how you feel about booking with us, particularly before you have even travelled. We sincerely hope that you have a fantastic Mediterranean holiday and that, once you are away, you are able to thoroughly enjoy everything you have been looking forward to.

We have used Love it Book It a number of times now and all bar one were excellent. The one exception was down to the cruise company. However we are happy to continue booking with Love it book it because of the great packages they put together. Coupled with the good value offers.

I spoke with Olivia on the telephone after requesting a call back and doing an online enquiry. Although the info on the website was very concise there were still a few things I needed to know. She answered all my questions immediately and provided an excellent service. She did not try to persuade me to book there and then but was happy for me to go away, discuss with my husband and call back again. She took me through the booking process and again confirmed a few last minute queries providing me with all the info that I needed and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

We haven't even set sail yet, and we’ve already booked our third cruise with Love It Book It! The deals are simply too good to pass up, and the fantastic itineraries draw us in every single time.

Top Class Travel Agents
Just booked our holiday with Olivia Her customer service is amazing. Love it Book it is our go to travel agent. We had the most amazing holidays with them. Everything very organised. We always watch Dan and Sam and book a TV deal because their presentations show the cruise ships and the itinary is brought to life.
