Becky was absolutely fantastic advising and sorting out the whole cruise package from flights, hotel, transfers and cruise suite. Becky did not rush me and took time to help me look at all the different options and costs to find the best final package for us. Becky made the whole booking process easy and left me confident that everything was sorted so that all we have to do is get excited for the cruise.

We have just booked our second Cruise Holiday through Love It Book It. This time with Matthew. Fantastic Service and the price for Return Flights and a Central hotel in Barcelona for 4 nights (which wasnt part of the advertised cruise) was far cheaper than I could find. Would definately recommend and they are my first choice in looking for cruises.

We have sailed many times with different cruise liners and its our first time using LoveitBookit. I spoke with a really nice guy called John Hull who was amazing and answered all my queries and questions before I went ahead and booked.

I have been told by many Americans on different cruises about sailing with 6* Regent Seven Seas Cruises and as its my husbands 60th in 2028 i decided to use LoveitBookit who are one of the top selling independent travel agents putting many different cruise packages together with different cruise liners. The package we purchased with Regent Explorer is amazing and we cant wait to see how good this cruise liner is.

On Saturday we booked our 3rd cruise with Love it Book it. We were assisted by Olivia who provided us with all the detailed information on the cruise we had chosen. She was very polite, professional and pleasant. The cruise we chose was in their most recent tv show and we really appreciate the packages which Love it Book it offer as it includes flights, transfers, hotels stays and the cruise and this makes the whole experience easier and safer than a cruise only trip. The package price which Love it Book it offers is excellent value for money and another great reason to book with them.

Booking with Love It Book It is so easy and John H was great to deal with.

A company that is VERY anti the solo traveller. I will never think that it is fair that if you are solo but still want to go on nice holidays and will probably eat less/drink less/likely make less mess yet every company charges more but Love it Book it wanted to charge me 2.5 times as much as the per person charge shown when I called about one that was on the TV programme at £3999 per person but was quoted in excess of £9k. Naturally I didn’t take that well and they were told “thanks but no thanks”. I went elsewhere and yes still paid more but got exactly what I wanted which included a balcony cabin as well as a few extras included and yes even though I still had to pay more than I would if I had a partner but was just a little bit which was acceptable. When are these companies going to realise that there are many many solo travellers who want to book lovely holidays.

Wonderful help and assistance from Lou. We had to make last minute date changes to a long haul cruise holiday for medical reasons, which put us in a state of panic because we were within a week of a deadline for changes.
I got very sympathetic help and reassurance from Lou, and thankfully we were able to book the same cruise for a date four months later, for minimal costs.
