Företagsinformation
Skrivet av företaget
We have all been looking for a perfume online and have had a vague idea of what we wanted, but found that none of the shops at the time gave enough information on if the fragrance was for daytime or evening, or perfect for summertime, but too light for winter. That’s when the idea struck, Look Good, Feel Great, Smell Fantastic could fill this gap in the market - we could provide all the information that was lacking, while remaining competitively priced. What followed was a lot of research into the best products, how to review perfumes and aftershaves and most importantly finding trustworthy suppliers. WHAT DO WE PROVIDE? Running for almost 2 years, the company provides aftershaves, perfumes and bath bombs. Whether you're looking for birthday presents, a new alluring smell or your go-to fragrance, we supply a wide range of products manufactured by designer brands, but at a competitive price.

Good Morning Jacob, thank you for your positive review and glad that I solved your issue in quick time and you were happy with the outcome
Customer service is first class
Customer service is first class. Bought some cologne as a gift for Xmas, when opened, we could not get the lid oof, the whole top part came off. It was unusable.
Jon replied, arranged postage to return. Very odd, when Jon tried, the bottle/spray worked perfectly- he even provided a video to show it being opened. No idea why it didn’t work for us!
Jon then arranged to return the bottle and even gave me a discount. Cannot fault the customer service.

Great business
Massive thanks to Jon at lookgoodfeelgreatsmellfantastic. I was looking for Frank Boclet Cocaine for a while untill I stumbled upon this site/shop that was selling it at a very good price. I ordered on Wednesday and arrived Friday morning just before Christmas which I had doubt in my mind with postal services being really busy.
Will be using Jon's business again for sure, great products at great prices. Communication was good also.
Thank you

What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience. I saw a posting for Parfums De Marley Carlisle (notoriously an expensive fragrance) for a good price. I had a few questions and they were very quick to get back to me. Once ordered the item came quickly and as advertised.

My son wants a bottle of Mancera Red…
My son wants a bottle of Mancera Red Tobacco for Christmas and being a bargain hunter I googled where I could buy it for the best price and found Look good feel great. Was sceptical because they don't have many reviews and it is still a lot of money for a bottle of aftershave. However it just arrived and my fears were alleviated, well packaged and arrived very quickly. Saved me a fair amount too - many thanks would deffo use again.

Great experience
Great! Super simple and easy to use website, ordering process was as easy as you like. Paid for 1-3 days shipping, which was a reasonable price, especially considering the aftershave I bought was at the best price on the market! I got order confirmation first thing Monday morning (I ordered sunday eve), and it was shipped out within the hour! It was delivered within 2 days and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely be back, I hope for some more fragrance options available soon!

Look Fantastic use Evri for deliveries - Beware!
This is review is for the company "Look Fantastic" and NOT for the company "Look good feel great smell fantastic". "Look Fantastic" use Evri for their deliveries. A disaster, since Evri are well-known for missed, missing and messed-up deliveries, due to their drivers ignoring safe place instructions or failing to deliver on the date/time specified. And to cap it all, when Evri don't deliver your parcel, you have to go through a cumbersome and time-consuming process messaging Look Fantastic through their Message Centre, as they don't provide a phone number for queries. Their Message Centre is not the clearest of sites anyway (why can't they email the customer direct like other retailers?).
Big hassle and such a waste of my time.

Thanks for updating Judith, please can you put on their trust pilot page and not Look Good, Feel Great, Smell Fantastic. Pleas ecan you delete this post
Amazing customer experience.
Amazing customer experience.
Just received my fragrance that I ordered yesterday and received the next day. So glad I did, I was a little hesitate at first but after a response from the director over the product, the fragrance was delivered with no issues whatsoever.
Great website, much desired product and very competitive prices. This will be my go-to fragrance site from now on. Thanks a bunch from a very happy customer.
