No delays. Work was started as soon as I got there.
The work took enough time to have a proper breakfast.
Ellie was excellent on the booking in. Also helped out with a quote for another service plan.
Wayne as always did an excellent job.

Cameron and James both went out of their way to support us in purchasing the car we wanted,
Ensuring we were fully informed throughout the process. James sent a in-depth video of the car and the test drive. Cameron supported with the purchase of the car and even setting up the app to the car. These fella’s are fabulous in knowledge and support. Thankyou chaps.

Tyre pressure sensor keeps malfunctioning after service. The SOS call warning fault was also not fixed. To add insult to injury, they emailed me a promotion code for a free hotel stay. None of this was mentioned when I booked over the phone so I missed out on that. Hundreds of pounds spent for my car to have more problems than when it went in

Easy going process from start to finish. All questions answered, all issues addressed. Would certainly deal with Vasile and Manesh again.

From my initial enquiry the customer service has been excellent. Lee was very patient asking questions to help me identify the model of car I was lookinb for . From sending videos of the cars that I as interested to arranging for me to test drive . Lee guided me through the various options available to purchase a car and made the whole process very easy .

Every thing ok only we discovered we had a faulty screen which had to be replaced. Our salesmen sorted it out for us and was very helpful and apologetic even though it was not his fault

We had just bought a vehicle from yourselves and had a couple of queries about it and also a slow puncture on a rear tyre. The tyre repair was done and a very good video recording made of the safety check on the whole car which also answered some points we had.
Although it was a time consuming exercise it was time well spent.

Franz was extremely helpful. Kept us up to date with what was happening and when, and always called us back when we had questions, great communication. And great car!!
