Not great good at selling extras but not at solving problems, been going for years but gradually going down the hill , it’s a shame .

My mobility car was recovered by the RAC after a breakdown the clutch needed replacing while lookers Kia ford had my car it was left in a back compound under some trees. When I went for my car after work was done earlier than planned so that was a bonus. But the state of my car was horrendous it was covered in dusty mud and covered in bird poo it was really really bad it looked like it had been off road driving in a giant bird cage. It most definitely should have been cleaned I have a video of the state of the car. The staff were always friendly.

My 12th new Toyota over many years from the same Charles Hurst Toyota Newtownabbey dealership. The staff may change but the great service I receive only gets better. I leave the staff at CH to do everything, so I have zero stress when changing vehicles.

Škoda Newcastle : the dealer was clean presentable, my intension was to view a particular model , was approached by Joe who was polite , friendly and helpful , understood my position for changing car and acknowledged that , we discussed my options , with no pressure an option to purchase was put together what was acceptable by me, because of my intentions to just view I didn’t have time to test drive with no pressure from Joe we left it at that to return after the weekend , test drive then take it from there

36+ days for a refund following their error!

After trying to buy a used car which we had test drove and paid our deposit for we were told the following day that it had previously been sold! How can a main dealer sell a car twice?

This took place on the 21st June. We are now 4 weeks on and still have no refund. We raised a formal complaint and have been told it could take 14 days to resolve! WHAT? It’s refund! What do they need to investigate?

We even spoke to the manager at the dealership Sam who was oblivious to our chasing and complaint! They really are unprofessional amateurs! All they are interested in is selling new cars, hitting their targets, making their bonus. All of you who say how nice they are, how easy it was.. yes the cash is flowing into their account! It’s a different matter when it’s coming out of their account. No compassion, no recompense for their blatant failure to manage their own operations properly.

Pathetic customer service / support.

Did you buy a Mini reg MD71 HPX, nice car, it test drove well. I would be fuming if the garage had let others test drive it after I bought it!

Well, let’s see what Monday brings. Small claims court is next!

Great service as always

No delays. Work was started as soon as I got there.
The work took enough time to have a proper breakfast.
Ellie was excellent on the booking in. Also helped out with a quote for another service plan.
Wayne as always did an excellent job.

Cameron and James both went out of their way to support us in purchasing the car we wanted,
Ensuring we were fully informed throughout the process. James sent a in-depth video of the car and the test drive. Cameron supported with the purchase of the car and even setting up the app to the car. These fella’s are fabulous in knowledge and support. Thankyou chaps.

Tyre pressure sensor keeps malfunctioning after service. The SOS call warning fault was also not fixed. To add insult to injury, they emailed me a promotion code for a free hotel stay. None of this was mentioned when I booked over the phone so I missed out on that. Hundreds of pounds spent for my car to have more problems than when it went in

Easy going process from start to finish. All questions answered, all issues addressed. Would certainly deal with Vasile and Manesh again.

Dan was excellent and explained every step clearly. Always got back to me when i called. Did a great deal too!
